This was superb! I would give them an A + + +! He is competitive in price. He takes great care towards his craft. He is very knowledgable. He keeps up with the ever changing technology. He has over 20 years of experience and knows his stuff! I recommend him for any video or audio job whether it is residential or commercial.

I requested him to give me an estimate on several things: 1. to install a Harmony digital remote in my bedroom and sync it with the other equipment -- blue ray player, the surround sound system, and a tuner. 2. to assess the operation of the current remotes in 2 other rooms and fix / reprogram the functionality so they would control and operate the other equipment that had previously been programmed but not working properly. 3. Install a set top box in a bedroom ( told him that I had had the cable company out and the signal to the house was fine; probably need to check the cable coming to the room). He did get the Harmony remote and installed it but complained the entire time about what was wrong and that the prior technician /installer didn't know what he was doing. He tried to convince me that I needed new speakers to find out that the ones I had were ok! He tried to get the set top box to work but never did....always a complaint about what was done wrong previously. He labeled the cable wires with my help and put in a new cable diverter which was supposed to help with getting a signal to the set top box but it didn't work.. After 2-3 separate visits to install the remote, I insisted that he give me an estimate on what his charges would be for the entire job. For purchasing and installing the remote, the changes for speaker wire & diverter, and for labeling cable wires and stapling them on a board, his costs were $1,200. This amount didn't include items 2&3 on the list. I paid him 1,000 which I thought was more than fair and still exceeded what he actually accomplished. I have little confidence in his work!

I have been doing business with them for 25 years. He is very dependable and does excellent work and very reasonable on price.

very well. the remote was "pre-programed" before Jeff arrived at my house. This expedited the process. The remote was tested for all components, in each location (house, patio, pool). The use of the remote was explained, and it was emphasized to use the remote for a period of time, and if there was any additional programing wanted for the remote, that he would come back and make those changes.

He was on time; worked hard & did a great job.
