Will never use, recommend, or think of this company again for anything.
Description of Work: Needed new Dryer Heater Element. Quoted price for install was $370. My jaw dropped. installation costs were $190 so Mr. Appliance was going to charge me $180 for a $25 part (which he didn't even have in-stock and required 5 days delivery). Tech was very professional, but this company will price gouge you. Please do you research when the invoice any part. 700% mark-ups in the repair business are unfathomable.

Description of Work: Service rep was on time, professional. I just was not happy that they did not have the part, had to be ordered and took 2 days to get the part. This was for a High Efficiency Kenmore washing machine.

Stephen at Mr. Appliance in Owings Mills quickly diagnosed the problem yesterday but did not have the parts with him. His boss managed to get it overnight, so he was able to return this morning to fix it. He did it fast and carefully, and verified that it worked. During the entire time, he was very nice and answered all my questions clearly. Since the machine was under Lowe's extended warranty, there was no charge. Their website is http://www.mrappliance.com/owings-mills/ ... for some reason Angies list form did not let me enter it, and kept saying it was the wrong format.
Description of Work: Laundry washer lid would not lock. Replaced locking mechanism.
