MOSAIC TILE CO OF MARYLAND

Ordered backsplash tile from this company w/ 6 "accent" pieces. Accent pieces I received were not the ones I wanted due to error on Mosaic Tile Co.'s behalf. Mosaic Tile Co. says the company from which they were ordered willl not take them back or switch them out for the correct color I wanted. Also, be aware that normal "Re-stock" fee is $40 or 20% of your order total, whichever is greater. These 6 pieces (1" x 1" squares) cost $50.00 and I have no recourse at all! Also, these pieces are considered "special order", which means they can't be returned for any reason anyway - - let alone a restocking fee. I was not informed at the time of order that these were "special order" and that they could not be returned if something was wrong with them. Office staff (owner & family) always seem preoccupied with their personal lives and the weather as opposed to providing customer service. They made me feel like I was 'bothering' them by having to help me choose products to purchase. Pay careful attention to your sales receipt and make sure you receive a sales receipt when you make your 1/2 down deposit.
