At first, I thought he was a really good professional contractor, but he turned out to be very bad. I could see problems in the finished work. There were bubbles in the finish on my floor and gaps in the side of the wall on the bottom. He would not listen to what I had to say - he would claim that I did not tell him things. He would not check things with me about what was supposed to be done before he did it. At one point, he punched a hole through a closet door in front of me after realizing that he had glued down on the tile work without checking if he had enough tile. Whenever there was something I did not like, he would say that it was not in my contract, and that I will have to pay more money for him to fix it. He was punctual. The material was fine - I supplied anything that was being installed. Initially, it was supposed to take a month but it took three months, and he probably still would have been working on it, but I got fed up. The money was through a loan and it was only a bunch of minor things that he still had to do, so I moved in. I had to pay him or else the money would have gone. If it had been higher quality work, I think the pricing would have been okay. The finish is very amateur - it looks good from afar but up close it looks really bad. I would not use them again in the future.
