I have used MPS to manage my rental property since 2016, and the service has been excellent. Government licenses and fees are managed correctly, maintenance issues are addressed in a timely and cost effective manner, rent and other payments are handled properly, and the property has been well-marketed to prospective tenants. MPS handles all the engagement with tenants to allow me a stress-free experience.
