Description of Work: Built a base in the condo's laundry alcove; custom built a "drip pan" to go under the unitized washer/dryer then rebuilt it when the original was not to my liking. Connected drip pan to condensation pipe for furnace. The plumber was very helpful, pleasant, and always returned calls.

It sucked!!!
Description of Work: I set an appointment at 9 pm on 15 Nov 2012 for an electrician to install a chandelier and fix a ceiling fan. I call because I always saw the ads on TV. A customer care representative Ms. Karen Palma responded immediately within minutes that an electrician would be in touch the next day. I call the next evening after work and I emailed to say that no one called be to set up an appointment. Ms. Palma responded back on 18 Nov 2012 to apologize that no electrician ever called me. I told her never mind that I would be calling another contractor. I was very disappointed in the false advertising of great responsiveness and service, but I never once received a call from a contractor. Very bad service and I would not recommend them to anyone!!!!
