MERCERON'S CLEANING SERVICE

Where do I begin..... the first time I came across Art, my realtor sent him to clean my new home. Everything was superb. I recommended him to others and called him back. The second time he had a helper. The helper put my sofas on the blocks and never bothered to clean under my sofas. I spoke with Art about this. He apologized and I called him back a third time after again recommending him. This 3rd time, we walked through, set price and even measured for carpet replacement in one room. He cleaned the family room with no issue. When it came to cleaning the bedroom, my parents room, 80 years old, 12 × 15, with a king size bed in the middle. He cleaned the carpet around the bed. I asked my son to push the bed over so he could clean the remainder of the carpet, Art hands the shampooer to Malinda and says he is going outside. Malinda finishes cleaning the carpet. When Malinda finished, I expected them to go on upstairs to the bedrooms. Everything was quiet. Malinda came and said she was grabbing the sample carpet. Of course I said ok. About 15/20 minutes later, I heard no cleaning. Went to look and Art had left. Not only did he leave, but he stole money that was on the shelf with my birthday cards from Sunday. He blocked my numbers from his phone. It was totally unprofessional for him to just walk out, but to steal money also.... disgraceful. My parents had cleared RVERYTHING out of the room besides the bed and dresser. Nothing was on the dressers at all. My 21 year old son was here to move the dressers out of his way and to slide the bed. I am at complete dismay why he would perform as he did especially with such positive reviews. Clearly Malinda saw nothing wrong with cleaning the other side of the carpet in the room. There is another extremely dishonest and unprofessional side to Art.

We bought my house in August. It has been rented for many years and needed the touch of a loving owner. The carpets were a dingy gray and in some places black. Merceron came and cleaned the entire house (3 story row home) for $400.00. The results were amazing! The carpet became a completely different color....off white! Arthur was professional and friendly. He didn't mind explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it. Because of the previously mentioned experience, I also had them come to clean my air ducts and dryer vents. Again, they were friendly and explained everything that they did. They were quick as well! I really enjoyed that Arthur was honest with me. If I asked him a question, he would answer it honestly, even recommending other people to do the work! I felt like I could trust him and it is for that reason that the next time I need a cleaning service, I will call Merceron Cleaning Services.

THE OWNER CAME WITH A HELPER. THEY WERE ON TIME AND VERY CONSCIENCE. THEY ARE ABLE TO CLEAN AN AREA RUG, WHICH IS ON A HARDWOOD FLOOR WITH OUT DAMAGING THE FLOOR. THIS WAS GREAT.
