My intereactions with this company were all excellent and I was very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. I ultimately did not choose them for my project, favoring the and quot;easeand quot; of using the the contractor that was already doing other work on my, timing of other trades etc Frankly, I slightly regret not choosing Master Care, but that is for another review. I would really recommend anyone looking for wood flooring projects to see if MasterCare Flooring would be a fit. I found their pricing to be very competitive, they use top quality equipment and top of the line products. I was really impressed with them as a company and I know that I will be calling them for my next hardwood flooring project.

On time every day. Neat and clean. Friendly crew. This is the third time I've used this company and I highly recommend them. Their final product is always flawless.

Master Care Flooring was wonderful to deal with in this process. They were 20 minutes early to their appointment, and they had my estimate to me by fax by the end of the business day. Further, Bill, the salesment was very patient with all of my questions and was understanding of my time considerations for the job. Master Care returned every single one of my calls when they said they would and were nothing but professional each and every time. Further, they made a follow-up call to see if I had any questions about the estimate. I decided to give the job to Master Care due to their superior professionalism and respect to the customer. I hope their work is as good as their service.

Fantastic. The representative came to my home and tested the floor to make sure that a "skim and re-coat" could be done in lieu of a re-sanding/refinishing project. John was very professional and detail oriented, answering all my questions and following up on the job to make sure I was very happy with the outcome. Due to a function, a tight time schedule was also met. The company and John bent over backward to accommodate our needs and gave us beautiful floors. We are more than satisfied with the performance of the work and highly recommend Master Care - well worth the wait to get Master Care to do your work.

They were prompt, on budget, and did a great job. The floors look beautiful, they took off stains we did not think would come out. They worked quickly and were very meticulous about set-up and clean-up.

WE HAVE USED MASTER CARE SEVERAL TIMES FOR REFINISHING OLD AND INSTALLING NEW HARDWOOD FLOORS. IT HAS ALWAYS DONE A VERY GOOD JOB. THIS TIME, WE ASKED IT TO MATCH THE SELECT RED OAK FLOOR THAT WAS DOWNSTAIRS IN OUR HOUSE, AND IT DID. THERE WERE A FEW MINOR GAPS, BUT MASTER CARE CAME BACK AND FIXED THEM RIGHT AWAY. IT ALSO DOES ITS BEST NOT TO GET THE SANDING DUST ALL OVER EVERYTHING ELSE IN THE HOUSE.

FROM THE FIRST VISIT WITH THE ESTIMATOR WE KNEW WE WOULD BE COMFORTABLE WITH THIS GROUP. ALTHOUGH IT WAS A DUSTY JOB THEY PROTECTED ALL AREAS, AND MADE SURE WE WERE SATISFIED ALONG THE WAY.

OUR FLOORS ARE BEAUTIFUL AND REMAIN BEAUTIFUL TODAY. WE ARE TOTALLY PLEASED WITH OUR HARDWOOD FLOORS AND ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO HAVING MORE INSTALLED IN OUR HOME.
