The job went very well. The quality was amazing. The price I think was a little high. They didn't do any masonry work for me. They were responsive, punctual, and professional.

I called and spoke to a knowledgeable rep who answered all my preliminary questions and set me up for an estimate. Estimator arrived on time and explained my options thoroughly. I left a deposit and was set up for an install date. Installers arrived on time, were extremely professional, did an excellent job, and left the work site clean. It's been over a year and I am very happy with the quality of workmanship. These custom windows are airtight, let in beautiful light, are secure and give me peace of mind.

Maryland Glass Block came in, did the job quickly and got out. They did the job well and I didn't have to call them back for anything so I was very happy.

The estimator was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He helped guide me in my decision making with ease. He was clear that since these were custom fabricated that delivery would be a minimum of 3 weeks. On the day of installation Skip and William arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. They did a gorgeous job and cleaned up too. My windows are beautiful, functional and secure. I love the air vent!

It was an easy process and a great result. The window, which was approximately 36"x24", came in two pre-assembled pieces. He mudded, installed the pieces including steel reinforcements between the pieces, then sealed the edges. It's beautiful and it makes the whole bathroom sparkle.

Quick thorough and professional estimate followed by fabrication and professional installation a week later.

These guys are truly top-notch. The day I called them they had an estimator out - he took an hour to ask questions and take measurements. Within a day we had a quote and contract - $800 to replace two rotting wood basements windows with new glass block windows. One of the windows even had a vent window in it. They make their own windows and they do an excellent job! The quality was far higher that other windows I have seen. Once they finished (about two weeks) making the windows they called and scheduled an ainstall appointment. They arrived on time and install went fast. The workers were sharp and knew what they were doing. The install is very clean and looks fantastic. The workers also took the time to clean up after themselves. I give these guys my absolute best reccomendation on all fronts - price, quality, punctionality, and attention to detail!

They had given me an estimate and I called them to install the windows. They custom made the windows in a week. They came out and installed them on time. They cleaned up after the job. The windows were pretty good. I would use them again in future if needed.

They came to our home to give us an estimate, the windows were made and ready within a week and then installed just 10 days later. Although the old windows were only 35 years old they looked more like they were from the 1940's, falling out with very poor crumbling masonry around them. At first I thought the price was a little bit high, but then I realized they had a fair amount of work to do to retro-fit the windows. All I can say about the windows and the work done to install them is WOW! I cannot believe we did without them for so long. I have never seen such a perfect installation job done. The masonry around them looks better than new. The windows are absolutely gorgeous and the temperature of our basement is at least 15 degrees warmer than before. I used this company solely based on Angie's List reviews and once again, they did not let me down. They were professional, prompt, courteous and did great work while cleaning up after themselves. The only problem came when they arrived about 2 hours early to do the installation and we were not at home at that moment. I only wish we needed more glass block windows installed because I was so pleased with the work they did!

Called and got an estimate, the salesman was very nice and answered all of my questions, when the installers came out to install my windows they were very nice, I watched them remove my old windows and place in the glass block windows, and they didn't mind me asking questions as they went along. It only took about two hours and when they were finished the cleaned up the area.

The initial estimate was from the owner of the company. The day of the work, the team of two guy arrived on time on the scheduled day. They took about 2 hours to prep and install the windows. I'm very happy with the finished work.

Excellent. The salesman came out and went over everything I wanted done, giving me good advice as he did so. He explained how the job would be done, gave me a written estimate, and gave me an approximate date for the job to be done (weather is a factor, such as heavy rain, for example). The windows are made at the factory, and take five to six weeks. In less than a month, someone from the company called and said the windows were ready. We set a date (at my convenience). The company called the day before to confirm. On the appointed day, the men showed up (at the proper time) and set about their work very professionally. I asked if they would need any help from me, and they said no. They did their work quietly and efficiently, having started at about 8:30 a.m., they were finished by about 1 p.m. We walked over the job and I could find nothing wrong. In fact, everything was better than I hoped. The men cleaned up after their work, and were friendly and polite.

The customer service on the phone was excellent, the man who came and measured was quite knowledgeable and the installers were terrific. They were punctual, professional and did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. The windows look great!

Mr. Don Fava, owner of Maryland Glass Block, came out to give me estimate for the work. He was on time explained the work that needed to take place. All the windows are made in house and take about four to six weeks to complete. Scott Fava called to setup an installation date. The installation team were on time, cleaned up very well, and did an excellent job.

The job was started and completed on and when they said, everything went as planned and all that was done was cleaned up and all put back where they removed things from.

THEY DID A NICE JOB REMOVING OLD AND INSTALLING NEW. CLEAN UP WAS GOOD, MORTAR WORK VERY PROFESSIONAL. SALESMAN WAS EASY TO WORK WITH. COMPLETELY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY.
