Initially, I thought I was on Angie's list but it was Home Adviser. I had 2 companies come out to bid on my project. Maryland Concrete Leveling (Jon) and Stabil Solutions (Mike). Honestly, I don't think you could go wrong with either. Both were very personable and explained everything. Jon offered me a better deal and was more accessible. The concrete landing at the top of my outside basement steps had sunken. There was a good 10 inch gap under the slab and going down about 5 steps. Small 1/2 holes were drilled in the cement of the landing and 5 steps. Polyurethane was injected to fill the gap and raise the cement landing to it's original position. The edges were sealed with a cement caulk. The area cleaned with the job was done. It was pretty amazing to watch. Jon actually did my job. He took his time and never rushed. He really took pride in his work. The company does all things concrete not just leveling. I would not hesitate calling him again for another project.
