Each project was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and superb quality. Their pricing is fair and reasonable. As a repeat customer, I have total trust in their judgment and work quality.
Description of Work: Maryland Bay Construction has completed at least three commercial projects for us, plus another one for a church. They have completed projects related to drywall repair, exterior and interior painting, a door installation into a brick wall, flood damage repair (ceiling tile replacement requiring scaffolding), and more.

Response from Maryland Bay Construction, LLC
An agreement to perform exterior repairs to [member name removed] home was verbally confirmed with her on June 6th, 2013. There was no contract signed and a deposit was not requested. A follow up email was sent to [member name removed] that evening advising that our company would contact her the following week "weather providing" to schedule the repairs. It was our belief that further communication was not required until the weather cooperated. Unfortunately, inclement weather via high winds or rain appeared in the region each and every day that following week rendering it inadvisable to perform the exterior tasks of the nature we had agreed. As a result, we acted professionally and did not attempt to make the repairs. On that Sunday, June 16th, [member name removed] filed her complaint on Angie's List giving our firm an F rating without making any attempt to contact Adam Preller (Principal) or Paul Murray (Estimator) even though our cell phones and email addresses were made available to her. This is the first rating we have received that is other than an A and we take very seriously any negative comments that are made available to the public or otherwise regarding our lively hood. We fully welcome any opportunity to address this issue and have already made private attempts to do so with [member name removed] unsuccessfully. We can only wait patiently for a response.

Description of Work: We hired Maryland Bay Contractors to build a mudroom in our garage and install recess lighting in our kitchen and living room. They were competitively priced, highly professional and reliable. When we initially expressed concern about being over budget, they helped us problem solve to reach a budget that was manageable for us. Throughout the process, they communicated with us regarding our satisfaction and answers to our questions. They provided us with detailed receipts for all purchases and made attempts to save us money whenever possible. We are extremely pleased with the quality of their work, and we would definitely recommend them for any home remodeling projects.

They were very reasonable price-wise compared to other people that we talked to; their price was probably at least 25% less than anyone else we talked to or lower than that. The people who came to clean our carpets recommended Maryland Bay Contractors. They were very efficient. They got the job done very quickly and they did a great job. I would definitely call them again if needed. They were by far the best contractor we have ever dealt with.
Description of Work: Maryland Bay Contractors did some work around our house. They redid the roof and the siding on our garage. They put in a new garage door. They also installed a heater and a fan in my bathroom.
