Malcolm Stoll

There was a little back and forth scheduling the walkthrough time and the scope of the job. Nothing serious, just a little chatty. Malcolm had a trip scheduled and was worried he wouldn't be able to get to the work prior the trip, but was able to schedule the trip so he completed the work prior departing. Logistically, the only challenge was supplying him with a key and access to my utility sink for daily cleanup. Also, he asked me to take care of a single small wasp nest that was being built in an upper corner of my back porch. Malcolm discovered and reported some rotting wood for me to take care of in the bannister for the back porch, but otherwise painted all agreed-upon surfaces in the agreed upon manner. Work was completed in a few days and everything cleaned up after.
