So I then called Tuesday and spoke with Rebecca who had no idea why the apartment wasn’t clean she apologized and rescheduled the appointment and gave me a 10% discount. When the pro finally did clean it was half cleaned I had guest over who couldn’t even tell that the apartment was clean. MaidPro just offers to have the same pro who half cleaned the apartment come back to fix her errors. An example of that would be September when I came home and couldn’t tell if the apartment was clean. Mind you I have a rather small one bedroom apartment that I spend 88$ every two weeks to have cleaned. I emailed Rebecca my concerns and she told me my apartment needs a lot of straightening and the pro doesn’t know where to start. However the bed wasn’t made, food was left in my sink even though I have a garbage disposal and the bathroom didn’t look cleaned. I had to send pictures to prove the condition the apartment was left in and then someone came out to re spot clean the apartment. However this time took the cake for me and caused me end my time with maidpro. I was scheduled for a clean 2/09 I came home to find out my apartment was not cleaned. I didn’t receive any type of email or call so once again I thought someone just skipped my apartment. Monday I called the office and was told be Marelena that the pro was locked out of my apartment. That was werid to me because I didn’t get a lock out call or email. Marlena told me that the pro contacted the “owner” and there was no notes. I asked her why the lockout procedures weren't followed and why I wasn’t notified. She apologized and said she would reach out to the “owner”. She rescheduled me a clean for Wednesday 2/14. Then she called me back and said there was a mix up and someone would be there Thursday 2/15. Thursday a man pro shows up even though I have repeatedly asked them to notify me when different people would be cleaning my apartment. The clean was nothing to write home about and I was greatly annoyed that I was not informed a new pro yet alone a man would be cleaning my apartment. Fast forward to Friday I'm checking my account to see that I was charge an additional 113.00 on top of the 88 dollars I was charged when the apartment wasn't clean. Then the 113.00 dollars was reversed and I was charged 25$ twice. I contacted the company today and was informed that I was charged 25$ because of a rescheduling fee. Marlena never informed me during my conversation either time that I would be charged 25 dollars. I asked her why I would be charged if the lockout procedures weren't followed. I should've received a call or an email and I didn't. There lockout procedures say I pro will wait 15m and then leave if they are unable to gain access. I never received a call or email. Marlene said she would have to reach out to the "owner" and acknowledged that I didn't receive any correspondence. Marlena then put Rebecca on the phone. She didn't warm her or let me know Rebecca just popped on the phone. They messed up and they show zero empathy or customer service skills. Rebecca proceeded to tell me that she is sorry and that’s not how they do business and that I was overcharged 25 dollars and they will reverse it. However I will be charged 25 dollars for the reschedule. Once again I stated to her that the lockout procedures were not followed and I don’t believe a pro ever arrived. She rudely told me that the procedures were followed and there is nothing else she can do. She said I can't assist you further. I told her I wouldn't be so upset if someone just apologized that the lockout procedures weren't followed. She then told me she wouldn't apologize and there was nothing else she could do. I'm so annoyed and frustrated with how Maid Pro has treated me. I know they would not treat their other clients with such disrespect. The only reason I used the service is because I have chrons disease and I am left extremely tired. So I needed extra help with cleaning. What I don't need is to be treated like I'm less than dirt and talked to so disrespectfully. Especially since I was a paying customer. I have all my emails from MaidPro and plan to prove no one reached out to me. This company is discriminates and is very untrustworthy. I wouldn't recommend the company to anyone. And I plan to take this further. Customer service is big with me and this company needs to be retrained. Also I would like to point out the companies responses to non pleasant reviews even on this site. They are very dismissive and show no empathy.

[Member Name Removed], I am the owner of MaidPro and was able to listen to the recorded phone call you had with Marlena and Rebecca today. It is clear that you are frustrated and that my staff's attempt to provide amicable solution was met with extreme emotional response. I also reviewed past recorded calls/emails in which you were clearly explained the lock-out policy, as this seemed to occur frequently. As our technician arrived on your agreed to date of service and was unable to gain access to your home again, you were charged the lock out fee. At the prospect of rescheduling, that fee was reversed and you were only applied the $25 last minute rescheduling fee. It is true that this is not customary for all our customers - we usually do not reverse a lock-out fee when our Pro is dispatched to the home but unable to gain access - even if a subsequent reschedule takes place. My customer service staff extended that courtesy to you since you seemed surprised about the policies that had been previously explained. I am not sure what discrimination you are suggesting took place. Your home was cleaned by your regular service provider's team on a rescheduled date after you locked us out on your regular date, and we waived the lockout fee. The only lock-out procedure that wasn't followed was that we waived the lock-out fee for you. I feel very regretful that our attempts to provide solution have not provided you with the service you feel you deserve. As you have not been charged for anything you did not receive, I am unsure what your desired resolution is. As always, MaidPro remains committed to providing all of our customers with the utmost in quality service - our policies are not arbitrary and are only in effect to efficiently service the 6-700 customers on a recurring schedule with us. On-site lockouts provide the biggest disruption to both customer's schedules as well as Pro's earning power. We take our Pro's time and earning capacity seriously and we respect our customer's time by arriving on the date and time they scheduled. Again, I apologize that our attempts to waive the fee and provide clarity on the policy have been insufficient to you.

They sent 2 people. They stayed like an hour and a half and the only thing they did was my kitchen and they didn't even do that well. Part of the problem is they perceived me as having to much stuff around which may be true. They were just very hard to get through to, they kept calling their boss. I was happy to see them go. They dusted every little thing like pottery but missed dusting by the tv. I had used another company in the past and when they sent somebody they were really good but I didn't like the idea that you had a different person all the time. They could have covered more than one room. They could have asked me what I wanted them to do and not called their manager. I liked that they came when I needed them to.
Description of Work: They were here like maybe the last weekend in June. They were supposed to clean the home but only cleaned the kitchen.

Hi [Member Name Removed], I regret that you were unhappy, as we try to aim fro perfection each and every time. Some homes require services that we do not provide. Our service pros are not insured or trained to handle trash hauling or clutter organization. Upon receipt of pictures, management concluded the trash/clutter in most of the home exceeded our expertise. Our team spent the the man-hours quoted in the home, and completed what was within the corse and scope of our services, in the time provided.

Description of Work: We hired them to clean the house a few times. The first clean they did a great job. The attention to detail was excellent. The rest of the visits were all by different people. Never the same people twice and their services varied between cleaners. Never a bad job, but never even close to the first clean.

I accepted the fact that no one actually visited my home to see the house and areas to be cleaned before giving me a quote. But the initial cleaning left some things to be desired like an entire room not being touched, furniture not being vacuumed or moved to vacuum the carpet. The bathroom shower and floor weren't cleaned. The same cleaning person was sent to re-do the cleaning. It was a better job. The 2nd cleaning - same person. Failed to lock our front door. Fired them immediately. Then discovered dusty furniture throughout the house. We were never at any time offered to have a different cleaning person come out. I might have actually given them a chance had they made that offer. But they obviously did not need our business.
Description of Work: We requested 2 of 4 bedrooms cleaned, the upstairs and downstairs hallways, 1-1/2 baths, kitchen, dining,living and family rooms. We asked the fan in the kitchen be cleaned and a 4x4 rug in the laundry room be vacuumed. We liked the supposed 49 point list that was to be followed at every cleaning.
