I recently moved apartments and had a great experience with the owner Mr. Mack and his two employees. They showed up right on time, and could not have been more efficient in their work. Furthermore they were polite, professional and all around good company. I will be recommending going forward.

The team of guys were very professional and experienced. They moved and loaded the truck in a timely manner as well as removed/disregarded items I no longer wanted. I would definitely recommend and hire this company again!

So I called around to 6 or 7 other Companies, (Couldn't believe what they was charging.) Mack Movers had no hidden fees, and they have the more responsible prices. Good business.

The movers showed up 10 min early and went right to work. They loaded and unloaded my belongings with care and finished right at 3hrs. They were also very personal and kind. I would definitely like use Mack's again.

The owner was very professional and I appreciated how he came through when I needed a mover at the last minute after my plans fell through. However, I believe he could have a better selection of employees. They lacked a certain level of professionalism and while I understand money needs to be made, customers needs also need to be met and they should be satisfied with the quality of service they receive. I was not thoroughly satisfied and feel like I should have been compensated for the incident I brought to the owners attention.

This was, qualitatively, the worst experience I have had. I paid $900 to move 3 blocks, I began to move my own stuff upstairs after about six hours into this experience, I could no longer take it. One of the movers was so arrogant and had determined he could not get my 90" sofa through the door; I should have measured it; learned something about where I was moving -- I mean, he went on a rant. I asked him to sit on the sofa in front of my door and go get the rest of my stuff. He sat it there like I was interested in leisure sitting for a spell. I asked him to stand the sofa up and said, "Now if you pull the sofa from the bottom, it should glide through the door," he did, and so too did the sofa. He did the same for my mattress base where he needed to take the door off the hinges of one bedroom to get the mattress base in my room. He went for the screwdriver, I slid the mattress base slightly down the stairs to reposition and place it in the room. I paid $900 to move, and the only benefit I got was 20,552 steps and 60 flights climbed and couple that with 17 hours of standing.

I had a big well known moving company cancel on me the day of the job. I reached out to Mackâ s Moving pretty late in the afternoon to see if they were available. They called me back with in an hour and we were scheduled for a few days out. They showed up on time, weâ re respectful, and fast! The only thing I found odd was that the movers didnâ t have wifi on their phones so they had to follow me. Driving in a city this is a little difficult but we made it work. Would definitely hire them again!
