+ -1 moreMike picked up the phone when I called and came the next day to give us an estimate. The following day he arrived precisely at the time agreed. He removed our pictures from the walls and mantelpiece and protected all surfaces. I asked him to touch up an extra spot over the fireplace where the picture had rubbed against the wall and he painted the entire section above the fireplace. He found more of the ceiling peeled as he scraped than he expected but did not increase the charge over his estimate. We were impressed with Mike's work the first time he did work for us and continued to be very happy with what he did this time. He is the first painter we will call for any painting job.
Description of Work: Mike painted our entire bathroom and bedroom for $200 in 2005 and 4/17/07 we called him again to touch up two leaks. One in the dining room and one in the living room. Caulked and painted our door jamb after a new door had been installed for which we paid $105. Mike is very thorough (sands, spackles, primes, paints) and allows the necessary time for the primer to dry before painting. He does very precise work so that when we use a different color for the walls and ceiling, none of the wall color goes on the ceiling or ceiling color on the wall. He cleans up well after finishing his work. His prices are excellent for the work. He paints exteriors as well as interiors.
