it went sucky, see above services provided. If you want a good talker, get JD. If you want to sell your house, do it yourself or get someone else.
Description of Work: Interviewed several realtors to list our Baltimore home for sale. We decided on James DiGirolamo (JD) of Long & Foster, Boston Street. Listing was on MLS, and propagated to major real property web sites, but the information was wrong from the get-go. Most recently (April, 2013) I found that without square footage included, the property was being eliminated from all search results using that criteria. JD was responsive initially, but became less so as I continued pointing out wrong details in the listing. He's very personable, friendly but his "team" is poor and JD does not follow-up to ensure they're doing a proper job. I feel we lost 6 months because the listing never appeared to potential buyers or agents.
