Description of Work: Two hours late. Lied about reason why. Truth was " had to drive 1 hr away from job for school reason" No vacuum..."broken". "Don't do dining rooms" Unprofessionally dressed man and woman...no uniforms. I was uncomfortable with this lack of professionalism and their demeanor...decided to not have them clean my house. This was after telling the owner of the business multiple times how important this cleaning was as that I was getting company 3 days later. I confirmed the job with her the night before. I've never had such a terible experience with a cleaning company!

+ -1 moreI bought a Living Social deal. LNS cleaning and I exchanged a couple of emails to set up an appointment. I was happy to be able to make one on a Saturday. They did not show up. They did not responded to 2 phone calls. They did not respond to 3 emails. I wasted a Saturday morning waiting for them. one review stated that they had been an hour late so, I called and continued to wait. Bummer.
Description of Work: They never showed up. No work done.
