We were on a tight deadline to have a home inspection completed, in order to meet the home contract requirements for a home inspection within 10 days of signing the contract. We contacted Mike very late on a Saturday afternoon, told him we needed the inspection and report within 24 hours. He came out the next day (Sunday), did the inspection, and mailed us the report early Sunday evening. We were able to meet our deadline. Mike's report was very thorough and detailed. He also supplied us an additional report, in which he prioritized the repairs that needed to be fixed as soon as possible, then followed with the next most needed repairs. This will be useful when negotiating with the seller. Thank you Mike for coming out on a Sunday to do this with very SHORT notice.
