Description of Work: Unclogged the toilet. The repair guy was wonderful! He understood my toilet-flooding fears and patiently continued to snake until the toilet flushed well and sounded normal again.

Description of Work: OK except too durned expensive

Description of Work: Connected plumbing for a bathtub in my townhouse after I tore out the old shower and re-tiled it. He noticed an incorrect installation of previously installed plumbing and corrected it. He was on time and gave good advice. Had to cut a hole in drywall on the floor underneath my tub in order to properly tighten all the fittings, but he did a good job. In general their company is a little expensive but they guarantee the work and I would call this specific plumber back because he was a good guy. Hopefully all of the Len the Plumbers in this office are as good as him. Unfortunately I don't have his card with me to put his name on this review, but because of him I would trust the same company.

Description of Work: The guy they sent out was on time, very personable and knew his business. I would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: The person came to replace an ancient, leaking tap in our basement. He was very courteous,used good replacement material and worked diligently. We were very impressed until we got the bill of $341 for a less than 30 minutes job.He advised us to contact Baltimore Water Dpt to have some kind of bill reduction for replacing a leaky faucet - which we have not done yet. Because of the high cost of the repair job, we would recommend this firm with the caveat that their services are not cheap.

Description of Work: They were not able to solve the problem; I don't personally think he wanted to. I had a leak in my basement apartment's ceiling, and I wanted it located and stopped. He could or would not pursue solving the problem. I finally hired and paid another person (NOT FROM ANGIE'S LIST) to fix everything. I am not at all impressed by this company. A HUGE WASTE OF MY MONEY!

Description of Work: First of all, we had been renting our house for 2-1/2 years and had just moved back in. The renters never said anything about leaks, but there were spots on the ceiling below the bathroom. I didn't have much hope this antiquated bathroom would be useable without a total redo of the plumbing. Christian worked on it and managed to get both the sink and the bathtub draining. He also reset the toilet (my husband installed) which was barely bolted to the floor. I was afraid we were going to be going into the plaster wall and replacing the pipes, but Christian couldn't find any leaks. He was courteous, knowledgable, and it didn't turn out costing nearly as much as I expected!

Description of Work: They came out to repair a failed sump pump, which was done and done well (albeit, expensively). The plumber was competent, polite, and represented the company well. What wasn't done well was the follow-up on a water test I asked him to do for us, as the water tastes foul and I suspect some contamination. Weeks went by and I didn't hear from them on this. I called their office and received a pro-forma answer about getting back to me, which they didn't do. I then received this questionnaire and, rather than grading them harshly, put in another call to their office to say "So I've got this Angie's list questionnaire which I would rather not fill out negatively, but I really need the results of that test." Indeed I got a response within the hour from a polite service rep who said she would look into it and get back to me the next day. I haven't heard from them since. Hence, I can grade them no more than a "c" on this.
