Description of Work: They were the only plumber I could find to come out with one day's notice and fix a leaking toilet. They were punctual, professional and performed the work at a fair price. What more could you ask for?

Description of Work: Cleared a drain. Toilet was gurgling when showering then shower stopped draining. Three plumbers before Len came and all couldnt clear drain blaming it on main sewage. Len removed toilet, used a large cutting snake tool and it was cleared.I Will use again for any back up. Spent $1400 total between all plumbers. This guy fixed it in give minutes.

Description of Work: I had them install a new bathroom faucet and clean slow pipes in two bathroom sinks. The service performed was fine. The plumber was professional and showed up as expected on Saturday. We have not had any problems since. | |The problem occurred because the appointment was scheduled for Friday between 1 and 5. This appointment had been made over a week ahead. There were delays on other jobs which caused a problem with their schedule. The biggest problem was that I had made the appointment online and provided my cell phone. They ignored this number when calling to notify me of the problem and instead used an old number in their system for my husband, who did to get the message until close to 5. Had they used the correct number, I would have been less upset having stayed around to wait for almost 4 hours. Additionally, when you schedule an appointment like this, it's reasonable to assume you may have taken time off for work and asking you to do it again is not good customer service. | |However, after explaining this to the woman on the phone, she was able to schedule me first thing in the morning on Saturday. The plumber then arrived promptly and did a good job. | |We have used Len the Plumber before and will use them again, assuming the scheduling snafu was a blip. |

Description of Work: the hot water pipe broke under my kitchen, in the crawl space. The plumber from Lens' came and explained it all to me, and then fixed it right then and there! I was grateful we didn't have to make ANOTHER appt for the actual fix.

Description of Work: They fixed a leak by replacing 1 and 1/2 inch of pipe and a valve. They did a lousy job and overcharged me.

Description of Work: My guest toilet wasn't flushing. Technician used the snake to fix it. However, the metal scratched the toilet surface inside. I asked technician about it and he said it would go away and disappear in a few days. The porcelain in the toilet is still scratched in several places and has NOT gone away. He clearly lied to me about the scratches. Ugh. Now I have an eternally-scratched toiled bowl.

Description of Work: The technicians from Len the Plumber replaced my outside sewer line connection (my house is over 60 years old and this had never been done before!) and the work has a lifetime guarantee. Because I have invested in professional lawn service for several years, I was worried about the "scar" that the trench would leave on my lawn. However, the technicians--knowing this--took the top layer of lawn and set it aside from the regular fill dirt that they also extracted. The result is two small spots on my lawn that I can repair with top soil and grass seed. And, the lawn layer that they replaced is thriving. So, not only was the work done in a professional manner, but also, in a manner that minimized the damage to my lawn, helping me avoid another costly expense. I was very relieved and appreciated their courtesy and prompt service.
