SAM HOFFMANN WAS THE PLUMBER WHO CAME OUT TO UNCLOG MY KITCHEN SINK!! AS WITH EVERY OTHER TIME SAM CAME TO MY HOUSE TO FIX WHATEVER PROBLEM I HAD, EVERYTHING WENT EXCELLENT!! HE IS AN "EXCELLENT PLUMBER", WHO KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING, IS PERSONABLE, VERY PROFESSIONAL, IS VERY EFFICIENT & INFORMS ME OF ANY ADDITIONAL PROBLEMS I MAY HAVE, OTHER THAN THE PROBLEM, OR, PROBLEMS I INITIALLY CALLED ABOUT, IN WHICH CASE, HE EXPLAINS IN DETAIL WHAT THE PROBLEM, OR PROBLEMS ARE!!! The plumbers arrived on time. The plumbers protected the hardwood floor with a drop cloth. The plumbers made the repairs and replaced the drywall. The repair was so good you could hardly tell where the cut in the drywall was made. The job was done in such an excellent manner it stood up to another incident later when a sink overflowed.

Wanted 1000.00 plus for installing 4 toilet kits that I had purchased. This was only for the labor. After saying that I wouldn't pay that much, I was charged a 49.00 trip fee anyway. Note I have been a customer before. Not very good PR. Yes they came out right away but what price glory!

Everything went great! The plumber that came was knowledgeable about all of our issues and was very helpful in deciding whether we actually needed certain work done or not. He didn't pressure us to get anything extra and provided an up-front estimate for our repairs before he started any work. His actual bill came in lower than the estimate. Everything was done quickly and professionally.

It went very well. I was very satisfied with the technician, his professionalism and his knowledge. My only concern was that the new toilet did not seem to be the same height as my old one.

Had an excellent experience working with Mark. I needed to have a gas line run from my basement to our upstairs fireplace. He gave me a great price and was out very quickly to do the work. While here, he made some important recommendations a home inspector and another plumbing service missed, and was able to take care of those as well. He will be my go to plumber from now on - highly recommended!

The LTP plumber immediately diagnosed the problem--it needed a new replacement Moen cartridge, which he went to a nearby plumbing supply house to obtain, and then quickly installed the cartdridge. Problem solved!

Sawma Mal was the hardest working & best plumber I've ever had!! He wore gloves & took off his shoes, was careful where he placed his equipment, worked very hard constantly to clear each clog completely, unclogged little holes under rim (which no other plumber has ever done), then even cleaned both toilets with my toilet bowl brush. Also did several tests afterwards to make sure clogs were gone & water level was back to where it should be. He was polite, thorough & an awesome plumber who loves his job. I will always use Len The Plumber from now on!!

If i recall at that point we had some clog issues. They came out the same day and took care of it for us. They were very good.

Everything went very well. The technician took his time and did an excellent job. The job was made more difficult because of the age of the house so special parts had to be used. The technician found a supply house that cared the parts and completed the job.

They were good. The experience was good. I think they were a little on the high side but they responded so quickly it was worth it. I would probably use them again in an emergency, they respond 7 days a week.

probably couldn't have fixed it on my own to save money, but didn't have time. they were very punctual and professional.

He cleaned the drain, made it awkward. 2 months later the opposite drain is now slow. During the visit he explained to my wife that "this is a pretty easy fix and could be done by most people." We decided to not have the technician do any other work at the same visit -had planned for other work. If drain cleaning is below them I would prefer they would put that in their will dos/won't dos.

It worked out fine.? They were fine.? Everything was fine.? We couldn't compare price because we needed someone right away on a Sunday so I'm not sure what the price was compared to others. They were very responsive and the job was done fine.? I'm not sure about the pricing.

They were asking $278 to unclog the bathroom sink drain that would have taken no more than 30-40 minutes. I thought that was way too much! Didn't use them.

The plumber came quickly and found the gas leak and fixed it.
