Len The Plumber, LLC.

The technician arrived sooner than expected when a previous call ended early. He could have suggested much more expensive work requiring new drain pipes, but didn't. He was friendly, but professional. I'm speechless!

Michael was our plumber. He was on time and very professional. He gave us the estimate and explained what needed to be done. He was very neat and did, what I thought could have been very difficult jobs because of where they were located, in a very professional manner. He had to come back the next day to finish one job for which he needed a part. He was right on time and waited for the pipe cement to set so he could try the repair himself. I would use them again in a second and found both Michael and the people who answer the phone most pleasant. I was a bit surprised by the cost buy my coworkers told me that my prices were very good compared to their experiences.

Quick response time and satisfactory work. I thought the price was a little on the high side, but the convenience was worth it. I would use them again, especially where time was of the essence.

Job 1: This was my first call to this company, and they will be the first ones I call in the future. Very courteous office staff and the repairman was one of the nicest guys I've ever dealt with. Job 2: This is a good, reliable company, but I will shop around next time for a better price. Seemed rather steep just to replace a sink stopper.

The service was very good. The plumber worked with my schedule and came on a Saturday. He was professional and showed up on time. He told me that he couldn't fix the leaky kitchen faucet and instead installed a new one, which he had in his truck.

Very pleased with the service, quick, on time and at a fair price.

The plumber was very professional and courteous. I thought that the job he performed was great. I asked him to do whatever he needed to do stop the leaks and he did... no more, no less. I would not call them again for such a small job, I think it would have been more appropriate to call in a handyman, whom I'm sure would have given me a little more 'feedback' on how the leaks possibly developed. I had to have a handyman come over the very next day, and remove sediment from my faucets in order for the water to be turned back on.

This is the 3rd time I've called Len the Plumber, and I've been very satisfied each time. I always ask for Mike Miller. He's competent, efficient, and very careful about protecting my house and belongings when he works.

Initial estimate on 4/27/06. Appointment for work performed on 5/2/06. The plumber was punctual for each date. The repairs were made on the same day within six hours. Everything is functioning well. Overall, good experience. Will use again for future work.

Plumber arrived on schedule, was polite, professional and completed the job quickly.

They charge $29 just for an estimate, and I don't think that is right.

Overall experience was good. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. The technician fixed the problem and he was prompt and thorough. I got a follow-up call a week later asking me how my experience was. I was impressed. I thought it was a little on the expensive side, but I suppose it's worth it from the standpoint that everything was so quickly taken care of. Of course, I didn't compare prices too much.

The company was able to accommodate my work schedule and called to give me notice when the technician would arrive at my house. He was very knowledgeable about the plumbing problem and quickly solved the problem. I thought it would involve more work and be more expensive, but he was done and out of the house within an hour.

Very fast response to job request. Work was very professional and efficient. Would highly recommend this plumber to anyone needing leaky pipe repairs or more significant main drain replacement under concrete basement flooring. Price is just above medium level, but the quality of work makes it worth it.

We were very pleased with their work. They showed up on time, told us when the price was going to be higher than the estimate, and completed the job.

Too much for the small job. The pipe leaking and having to had them back did not sit too well with me.

Service was fast. I called about 10 a.m. He showed up @ 1p.m. and was done about 2:15 p.m. He was extremely pleasant & courteous. His estimate matched the actual cost. Before leaving, he gave me a little in-service on pipe care without being condescending.

The hot water pipe underneath the sink had burst around 5:30 in the evening. We called Len The Plumber 7:30 and they said they would send someone out 9:00 a.m. the next morning. The plumber (Steve) was on time, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. The company even sent us a thank you note that arrived 2 days after service was complete. We will continue to use this company for any future plumbing problems.

Arrived promptly. Same day service. Fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes.

They were on time and considerate. They explained to me everything they needed to do before they did it, especially when they had to remove part of my sidewalk (and they even put pieces of the sidewalk back for me to use as stepping stones until I can get a new sidewalk).

The plumber came to the house within a half hour of my call and solved the problem within twenty minutes. He was very professional and courteous.

I called them at 5 pm and was told the service person would arrive around 7 pm - which was great! He was very polite and gave us his estimate. He did not have a replacement toilet, and agreed to return the next day. He did so, but when tearing the old toilet out, he discovered that we did not need to replace it, the leak was in the connection to the floor. It was repaired satisfactorily, and the bathroom was left clean.

Nonetheless, I will not be using Len The Plumber. I in fact only called Len because I found them to have good reviews here at Angies. If they had come in and reasonably priced the work, I would have been happy to use them instead, I got another quote of $750 for the whole job. Sorry Len...
