This young man that came out he was one of the best as far as talking to you that they had. He was special. When it came to the actual work, it just didn't work out good. I still to this very day have gurgling in the pipe in my bathroom upstairs. It's been going on for almost a year now.

I needed a new water heater and a leak fixed about the old one. The job is complicated by the fact that the area is walled-in and can't be accessed without cutting through the drywall. They gave me an estimate but would not give me the brand or model of Water Heater I would be purchasing nor would they provide an itemized list of the services to be performed. When I did ask, albeit on the day the service was to be performed (so I understand the inconvenience of not mentioning it in the 2 prior days) he got pretty angry and tried to berate me. That's when, for me, it went from a negotiation to my declining their services.

First off, the response time was almost too quick. Plumber was at my door in a couple hours. Very professional and explained every step and answered all my questions. Will definitely use Len's in the future. Cost was a little high but definitely worth every penny!

They had to install a water line for the frige, redo some of the plumbing and install a shut off valve for the frige. The technician was not completely informed from the office about the size of the job and so he had to come back the next day to finish everything. The technician was very professional and did a great job.

I was very pleased with who Len the Plumber sent to do the repairs. Mike was very professional and honest in diagnosing the issue and sugggesting repair options. I would not hesitate to have Mike back into our home or to recommend him to anyone. He is polite, on-time and knowledgeable. Thank you Len The Plumber for employing people that know how to do the job. We would not hesitate to use them again.

The moment I call Len the Plumber I am greeted by a very helpful receptionist. She listens carefully to my request; offers dates and times for service; schedules to my convenience and preferences and dispatches technicians. Always professional and patient when I call to ask questions or change the scheduled time. Technicians arrive on time; perform the work efficiently, always informing us of any problems and of progress; charges do not exceed the estimate which is given before the work begins. You can get an estimate before scheduling the work. Estimates are completed free of charge. Pricing is very reasonable with no "surprises" when the final bill is provided. Technicians clean up the area, make no mess in your home and are courteous and professional at all times.

Jay from Len the Plumber called 1/2 hour before his scheduled arrival time. He arrived exactly on the time we agreed on. Jay was both professional and very friendly. Watching him work, one could tell he knew what he was doing. The price was a little high, but hey, when you don't know how to do it, you pay for someone who does. At that point you expect your monies worth and I feel I got that. So I am not overly concerned about the cost. I now have piece of mind the my problem is fixed. I think it also important to mention that Jay took precautions to make as little mess as possible, and he cleaned up when he finished his work. Very important to my wife and I. Would I use them again, absolutely!

The technician did the job efficiently but the repair was ridiculously overpriced.

A storm was coming and I did not know how to test a pump so I called them to evaluate the pumps to make sure they were ok. I wanted to hear from a professional that everything was ok. He came out and he said that the backups were not working and neither of the 2 large pumps. I went out and purchased 2 pumps and 2 back up pumps which cost me close to $4000.00. I felt that I was being taking for a ride but I just did it because I wanted to protect my home. He started doing one and was going to do something special with the other one. He was going to make it wider and get another back up that was better than the previous one. By this time it had started raining and he couldn’t do all the work here said he left. This year, there was a lot of snow and a lot of water. We lost electricity, but I was thinking we had our backup. I went down stairs and the basement was really flooded. It was coming from where the pumps were. I called back the plummer and the same person came out. He said that the new pump he installed was not working. He them call his office for a new pump and he installs it and said he was not going to charge me. I asked him what am I supposed to do with the water and he said he just does what he is told. Now am thinking I should not have let him take my old pumps because maybe there was nothing wrong with them. I paid a lot of money for a lot of damage.

On 4/28/14, I requested an appointment online with Len the Plumber for service on 5/1/14. In the email, I explained that I had a leak within the house and after checking all possibilities, I thought the leak was from the main water line from the street to the house. The online website stated I would receive a call within 24 hours. I did not receive a call within 24 hours (nor did I receive a confirmation email), so I called Len the Plumber. I was told that I was on the schedule for 5/1/14 and that someone would be arriving between the hours of 0800 - 1200. Approximately, 1000 on 5/1/14, I received a call from a representative of Len the Plumber apologizing that they would not be able to meet their obligation today due to overwhelming calls for flooding, but could I reschedule for 5/2/14. I explained that I had taken the day off from work to be here for them, that I had water in my basement since 4/27/14, and that I am using a carpet steam cleaner to "suck up" the water. I was told that someone would be out, but it would be later than 1200. Approximately 1210, I received a call stating they would absolutely not be able to meet their obligation for today due to excessive demand of pumping flooded homes. I should never have to beg to have a plumber come to my home; therefore, I did not tell the Len the Plumber representative that the majority of the water was affecting the living quarters of a person with Alzheimer Disease. Len the Plumber did not honor my appointment. I understand flooding basements need immediate attention, but I have standing water. I guess my water wasn't deep enough!

This is the second time we've called them with an urgent need. The last was a broken water heater on 12/23. Each time someone came quickly and did the work very professionally. They took care to do a thorough job and clean up afterward. Both plumbers were friendly, professional, explained what was needed and thoroughly answered our questions. We'll certainly call them again in the future.

They were fine. They charged me $300 to fix the leak including the parts and the work. They were easily accessible, they came the same day, and did a good work.

I don’t want to deal with them again. They tried to get warm on me. If I remember, they came over just to work for it and the things kept leaking and leaking and leaking. I end up calling back for the same thing and they say, “oh we have to tear down all your pipes and it would cost like $7200 or something. I’m not paying $7200 for the pipe. I called the guy and I end up calling Len. It’s the first thing that they know how to fix. The guys came over, he gave me a quote and it was significantly lower and told him what was going on and he said ok, I can do that too. Why are they charging me $7200 or something instead of $800 and you can do it too. I will never call them again.

I was not here when the service was done, but the work seems to be fine.

I had to change my appointment from Saturday to Sunday because of last minute work requirement and they changed it for me with no hassle. Victor came out on time and we agreed on the work and price before he began. After all work was done, my wife reminded me of a toilet that backs up sometimes. Victor snaked it for me and didn't even add it to the bill. Service was completed 4 days ago and so far no leaks. We would would definitely use Len again.

The service turned out more expensive than I thought, but they did a good job. It was a pretty simple job. It cost me nearly 250 Dollars an hour, which I thought was high.

They did a fine job. They are prompt, friendly and seemed to know what they were doing. We settled up the bill right then and there so I always enjoyed that more than waiting a few weeks for the bill to show up. They are also reliable and seemed very professional. The work was adequate. I used others but they are a fine outfit. They worked on a hot water heater and charged like $300. It was for changing the thermal coupler and possibly cleaning out the burner area. They are a little on the high side but then again most plumbers are. I can get individuals that can do it cheaper but if I need an outfit on the run or when something is needed to be done that day, then they are the first guys I call.

It was a desperate situation, because we were without water. The fact that they came quickly and fixed the problem was a big thing for me. They just had to come and restart the well pump, I had tried it but it wouldn't work for me. The cost wasn't that much, because it didn't take him that long. He just pushed the button, and it came on like magic, while I pushed it and pushed it. He noticed a few things that could be repaired, and he gave me an estimate right away, so he went above what I asked him. The were very responsive, and they were right there on time.

It was okay. They were reasonably priced and they showed up on time. The billing was a little different than it was supposed to be and I never got a completed bill. I guess they just told me what I needed to pay and I paid it. When I asked them to send me a bill for tax purposes, I had the original bill but I never got the amended bill and that's about the only problem that I had with them. It could have been a little bit more understanding of explaining to a homeowner what exactly it is that they are going to do before they started doing it. I haven't had the chance to get a lot of comparison pricing. The person who oversaw the job for me said that it looked reasonably good to him. They were very responsive and they came out right away.

It worked out pretty good with Len The Plumber. They did something wrong because I've had a noise in my house every time you use the water. It's been a year and I've complained about it with them more than once and they came ot my home I believe two or three times to rectify it but they didn't fix it at all. It's a grinding noise when you use the shower and it's not for the shower, the bathrooms or any of those. You hear that grinding noise, almost like a motor running and if you use the refrigerator or water dispenser, you'll also hear that noise. I've asked them, they came over and they replaced a little nodule or something but it's still doing it and I reported it. It was probably a little over less than a year. I think they can find it but they just don't want to go back and undo all the works they did. The issue with the water line is, they ran it, it was under my home so when the water line was trapped, they had to reroute it outside of the house and bind it into our muslin and what that meant was they had to dig up the ground, my concrete and my basement. I think that they may have twisted something and for them to rectify that situation, they will have to go back and dig up what they did to find out what the issue is and they don't want to invest that type of time because I'm not going to pay them to do that again. The quality of service was awesome. I would use them again but we would have to talk about some things before I move forward.

It went very well. The technician found the leak under the sink himself.

my mother said that he did an excellent job but then he had to come back because the piper still leaking and hit the reseal something but overall he did an excellent job I don't remember the guys name off hand.

Their plumber arrived on time, explained the problem and solution in terms I could understand and set about correcting the problem. Overall the experience was very positive.
