Response was rapid and the work was excellent.

I called the Company on 6/10 at noon time about a leaky garbage disposer. They said they would send out a plumber to check the item. I made an appointment for the plumber to come the next day, between 9:00 am and noon. I asked about an approximate price and they refused to tell me. On 6/11, they called earlier in the morning, about 7:30 am and said that the plumber would show up early. I got out of bed and expected him to show up anytime after the phone call. The plumber eventually arrived at about 8:30 am - 1 hr later than the phone call that woke me up. The plumber looked at the garbage disposer and said that it had to be replaced. It would cost $448. I asked how much the new garbage disposer cost. He said that the cost is a bundle one, not separating the cost of the new disposer and the labor for replacement. He replaced the disposer in about 1/2 hr. Later, when I checked the price of my garbage disposer, a inSinkErator Badger 5 (1/2 HP) at Home depot. It only costs $80.70. In other words, he charged me more than $360 for the labor of about 1/2 hr. This is outrageous for labor charge. I will never deal with them again.

I've had to call upon Len several times to repair different plumbing issues around the house. It is always easy to schedule an appointment, often the same day. All the technicians have been friendly and professional, clearly stating the cost of work before it is done. They offer options when appropriate without trying to "oversell" their services. I have always been 100% satisfied with the quality of work performed.

He found the leak quickly and gave us an estimate. We agreed and he said he could fix it that day. It was great with no hassle.

It went well. The thing I was most impressed with was; they had about 5 guys that came out to do the job, and they had the entire job done in about a day. They were prompt and professional. Very impressed with how quick they got the job done.

They did what they advertised. They came out and got the problem fixed. The only thing negative I would have to say about them is that they're expensive. Even though it was after hours, they continued until they got it done.

I had an appointment with the time frame and then cancelled it at the same day.

My experience with Len The Plumber was very positive. They worked 24/7 and they came out on a Sunday morning. They did what I wanted to do when I wanted to do it and at a reasonable cost. I didn;t mind the price, some people might but I needed something done, when I needed something done, I get it done. I did not think that it was an exuberant amount. My problem was solved. They got here early.

We received an e-mail giving us information about the technician who would be coming to the house. He arrived on time, viewed the issue, and gave us a flat out price for a replacement that was totally outrageous, and would only provide us with one style and color option, which would obviously not even match.

They were good. They did what they are asked to do. I don't remember what they charged us for each of the services but I think it was acceptable. They did a good job.

He was wonderful. The lady in the office was wonderful. They called the fire department because, the electricity was compromised. They did not charge me anything.

It was a good experience and I was satisfied.

I had a good experience. They were prompt, on time and I like the service technician who came to my home and did a thorough job.

Len The Plumber is fine. They're not a high ranked plumber but they were professional and did the job that they had to do quickly. They charged a lot more than I thought, I was surprised at the price but I'm not in the position to competitively bid them. But they were fast and efficient. The charged exactly what they said they would charge, it wasn't a surprise. They didn't ask higher then their estimate to do it.

It's been good. They're pretty reliable with the work that they do because I had them come here before. It's expensive but they do a good job so it was worth it.

The experience with him has been pretty good. They provide an estimate and scope of work, and they lived up to that scope of work, and did it in a timely fashion.

We've used them several times and have been very pleased with what they have been doing for us. He was a very personable young man who got right down to business. He didn't waste any time. He answered all our questions and did everything and fixed it. The work was just fine. They come immediately. Their price was comparative. We've used them 3 times.

I have had a very good experience. He is usually very expensive, but they are very predictable, and if you don't pay that much to another plumber, then you may end up paying for that job to be redone. His price depends on what I am getting done. While their call center is difficult to deal with, once you get a plumber, you can get any service out of them. Their company is very quality controlled, and so, the call center has fixed transcripts, and the plumbers have laminated books that say if I do this, I charge this, if I do that I charge that. It is extremely detailed on how they do the job, but their staff is extremely qualified, and they have been able to accomplish every task then I have been able to give them. They are more expensive than the average plumber, but they do what they do. Some of their employees do smoke, and so you will smell it on their clothes. They don't smoke on the property, but the most recent I had, was smoking in his van.

I like Len The Plumber. I like how quickly they got here and I like Hector, he was explaining what the problem was. He was able to do it all in one day. The quality seems to be fine. I would use him again in the future.

The appointment went great, having the toilet and the leaks fixed were a huge relief. We got a call an hour before our appointment time stating that the associate was in our area and had a cancellation so if we were available earlier he could come by, which was great. He provided an estimate after diagnosing the issue and confirmed that we wanted to move forward with the repair before doing so, and although I don't really have a frame of reference for how much it costs to repair these types of issues, I thought the quoted price was reasonable and worth it. When we called to make the appointment the customer service was helpful and friendly, and quickly able to accommodate our schedule and made an appointment accordingly. We would definitely call on Len the Plumber again!

He was punctual, cleaned up everything and he was very good. He was good.

I had an excellent experience with this business. I am a first time homeowner and when the plumbing backed up and raw sewage ended up in my basement, I called a few companies and got a range of different estimates. Len the Plumber was walled in for a second opinion. They found the issue and ended up charging only for the diagnostic fee as Baltimore County was responsible for the rest! And this was after a competing company had quoted me $4700 and planned to tear up my front lawn to "fix" the problem! Len the plumber's guy was friendly, on time and most importantly honest in a situation where someone else tried to take advantage of my being a first time homeowner who didn't know better... I couldn't ask for more. I will definitely use them again if I have a plumbing issue in future.

I have always had a problem with water pressure. We have a steel mains connection, so it's going to limit water flow. But the water flow in my sink was atrocious, and I decided that it was time to have it fixed. Another plumber had looked at it and said that it was the faucet and said it would cost $140 to replace. I didn't want to pay that much. A friend offered to replace it for $40. I wish I had used him. For some reason, I wanted it fixed today. I called the original plumber and he wasn't free. So I called Len the Plumber and they said they could have someone come out in the afternoon. The plumber was prompt and professional. He did a lot of checking to confirm that it really was the faucet, and then he gave me the price. $251. I was completely blown away. But I didn't feel like arguing, so I paid it. I also had a bathtub faucet that was broken. No matter what position the plunger was in, water would come out of the faucet and the shower head at the same time. Replacing that was $199. The guy was fast. He did both jobs within an hour. I was very impressed. But I'm still p***** about the price and will never use them again.

We had to quickly get out hot water heater replaced after the old one stopped working. The best part was that they could come out on a weekend, and do the install at no extra cost. Overall the work went smoothly and as planned, and they did a nice job of cleaning up afterwards.

IT DID NOT GO. The operator said the guys stopped work at six and my no water emergency could not be handled until the next day yada yada yada.....
