It went well. He did the work and it went fine. I just thought that they were terribly, terribly expensive. I knew what he was going to charge before he started the work but I thought it was just excessive when I figured out how much the materials were and the amount of hours he put in. It was almost $200 an hour which was ridiculous. The work was excellent but the price was high. He was a good guy. I probably wouldn't use them again.

They didn't give us what we wanted. He talked to my daughter about getting another one, but it was just too expensive.

He was very good. He was the second plumber that we called. They came right away, and they made sure they use the best quality equipment, and they made the back up so that we wouldn't be in the situation we were in with our basement. They were very thorough, and we called them again for a follow up afterwards.

His service was convenient. The drain has been fine since it was fixed and they were able to come when I requested.

They were very good. I think the pricing was good because I actually called the auxiliary that handles plumbers and stuff like that and they told me a price of what I should pay around for this and then the plumber was very fair in relation to what the standard practice is for that service. I had my hot water heater for the whole time I've lived here which is 30 years and of course, I had no idea that hot water heaters at this point cost that much so that was a bit of a shock, but it wasn't above the norm.

I've had good relations with them. I haven't had any problems so far. It is very costly.

I called these people based upon their ad in Angie's list's magazine. I had received a high water bill and was advised by the water department to call a plumber. I had a leak somewhere and needed to get a plumber to detect and repair. I talked to the receptionist and had some questions about how they would detect the leak and she tol me I should talk to the Service Manager. I requested that he call me as soon as he could. I was very concerned about the situation and the receptionist said she would have him call me back to me that day. I never, never I say heard back from Len the Plumber. I guess they don't know that one dissatisfied customer creates 10 customers who will never contact them. Customers talk to each other. I have now found another, better, responsive plumber who has called, shown up, answered my questions, and delivered on their service.

Company refused to provide quote over the phone despite the fact I explained to them exactly what I needed. The guy got to my house and quoted me $350 to snake a drain. The company swore that a rental from Home Depot would not do the job. After I asked the guy to leave I called Home Depot and reserved a snake for $70 including insurance and work gloves. Did the job in 20 minutes myself and saved $270. Buyer beware.

Everything worked out fine with them. They were very good. It was a little expensive. They came in professionally and knew exactly what to do. They did it pretty quickly. They showed up within a couple of hours and listened to what the problem was over the phone and got it again when the plumber arrived. It was a good experience.

My Old water heater went up. (water was spewing from the top) Placed a call for emergency service. Obviously did not have time to shop around as I didn't have any water in the house. So "Len the Plumber" Really screwed me over for $3500.00 He tried to tell me it was so much because the dimensions of the closet were so small! Tried to make me feel better by telling me he took A beating on this Job because it took him 8 hours to install.

Went well. Neat, efficient and on time.

They first came on Sunday. There was not an additional charge and they were able to advise me on contacting the county for assistance the same day?just to get me through until the work could be done. They returned within 2 days to "camera" the sewer and confirm the blockage. Compared to other companies, the cost for this was more than reasonable. I got 3 other estimates for the work. They were the most reasonable by more than $2,000.00, and everyone was bidding to do the same work in the same amount of time with the same follow-up. They completed the work as agreed upon and I am completely satisfied.

the faucet we had could not be repaired the plumber suggested a particular brand - he showed us the photo of a particular model which we didn't care for but we wanted the upscale model of it the plumber said he would order it quoting a price of installation and new faucet - he called the next day stated it would about 2 days to get the model we wanted, 2 days later he called new faucet was in scheduled an install time excellent job this is about the fourth time we used len the plumber - no complaints at all very professional

They did a great job. Not only did the sump pump need replacing but the whole pit had to be re-dug and a new insert put in. Work was completed in just a few hours and the plumber left no debris. I have used them several times and have always had a good experience. They are quick to respond and I feel the pricing is very reasonable.

Not too well. The clog was not discovered, and work was done that did not solve the problem.

This provider was on time, professional and went out of his way to help us to order some parts exclusive to our system. He later came back at a reduced rate to install the few extra items we ordered from the manufacturer. He was kind, knowdegeable and courteous. Great Service!

The technician did w great job on the installation of the kitchen faucet and the tank for the water heater.

Len the Plumber misdiagnosed the problem twice, and we paid for fixes to the hot water heater that weren't necessary. When they finally found the problem, it was a circuit breaker -- nothing was wrong with the hot water heater. It too three visits to find the problem. Altogether, a very unsatisfactory experience. When the technician arrived on the first visit, he simply assumed it was the hot water heater and replaced the heating element, which turned out to be fine. A little basic investigation would have revealed the real problem. Definitely not using again.

After a very cold winter, my kitchen drain was completely clogged and no amount of Drano would open it. I also heard water running under my trailer, indicating a leaky pipe. Ron arrived and crawled under the trailer to find the source of the leak. He gave me the estimate and started working. It took just a few hours and all was, and continues to be, working perfectly. I have worked with this company before and found them to be very good and reasonably priced.

When I decided to do a complete tear out and renovation of my basement bathroom I knew that I would need professional help to do all the plumbing work. I called Len the Plumber because they have been around a long time and have a good reputation. All work done by Len the plumber was very good quality. My regular contractor did all the demolition of the old bathroom and everything was torn out down to the studs. Len then came in and installed all new copper pipe, snaked all drain lines and camera the main toilet drain. Installed new toilet and all new plumbing to serve new sink. All work was done with very good quality and the work area was left very clean. No problems no hassles. Everything went well. They did a great job I was satisfied!
