Len The Plumber, LLC.

First of all I called up the company and told them the faucet of the bathtub for the hot water was making a loud "bang" noise as well as a squeaking sound when the water was turned on and off. When he got here he said "what am I here for?" He looked at the plumbing and wanted me to turn the water on and off while he was looking at something. He said he found out what it was he said it was water hitting against the pipes. I asked if he could fix it, he said it would be expensive. I was thinking it would be around a 1000 dollars but he told me it would be $149, instead of doing the work he just left me thinking if I have any trouble in the future it would be a water leak in there and I could call them back. I asked about the sink and said the water is slow to go down and is a downstairs bathroom sink. He said there were no leaks and it didn't need fixed, he said it is a little slow but nothing to worry about. It really just sounded like he didn't want to work and did a lot of talking. I asked him to then check the basement, he walked in to look at the hot water heater, said it looked good its practically brand new. He said went looking and said the hot water heater was 11 years old, and would need a new hot water heater. He said I would need a permit from the city and would be over a thousand dollars. He said the problem is if I waited it could cause a flood and cost thousands of dollars. It sounded like scare tactics and high pressure, nothing about what I called him for. I read an article about another company using scare tactics stating if a water heater is around 10 years old you need a new one right away, but another company in Angie's List said it could be 15 years or older and you may not need a water heater right away. There was a pipe downstairs in the basement that was rusting he said it could be from the washer or from the kitchen sink and that would have to replace all of the plumbing and would cost $1288.00. After he left I ran a towel over it and took some of the rust of and it stopped leaking. I also left a paper towel down there to be sure under it and there is still nothing on it.

He was able to come out and take care of the issues with a lot less work than we anticipated and have had no problems since. He is great to work with as well. I would highly recommend him.

The staff on the phone are very courteous and scheduled a timely appointment, then called me in advance to let me know that the plumber was on his way. He was friendly and professional and got the job done. The company has fixed prices for everything, so you know they're charging you the same as they'd charge anybody else. The price did seem steep, but I've never hired any other plumber and not thought that the price was steep.

Booked on line. Plumber showed up on time and ready to work. Stayed until he got the job done. Fees explained before work was started. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

They were great. They were nice enough to fix my hot immersion pump in the kitchen. My son-in-law chose them because the plumber that we usually use was not able to get out soon enough and they came out promptly. They fixed the water heater because its not very comfortable taking cold showers. They did it promptly. They even checked on something that they weren't even called out to do. They were not the cheapest but they were, I felt, the best at the time so I'm willing to pay the money for something that's good. They were super. They came out when they said they would. I thought he was very professional and he was very accommodating. I would use him before the plumber we had before.

It was perfect. He was very professional and very neat. I had no problems. He was the only one I called and he is on Angie’s List. He replaced everything with really good stuff. He was very quick in responding. He was on time. He came out the next morning from the time he said he was going to come with all the supplies.

It was fine. They promised that they would come. They called back and said that they couldn’t come. They could come the next day. That was a little bit of a problem. They came the next day and did what they said they were going to do. If I knew that, it wasn’t going to be ‘til the next day, we have a plumber that we regularly use and I would have called them instead. The thing with Len the Plumber is that they say they were available 7 days a week. They were tied up with another job.

We had a very good experience with them. I like that they came out within a day of me calling them.

They were good. They were quick, my basement was flooding and I called them. They had somebody out in about an hour to work in the house and he worked in a flooding condition. I have dealt with them in the past and they are a little expensive but they do good solid work and know what they are doing.

They were great and came out on Thanksgiving. They were really good and what stood out is that they came out on a holiday.

Mike did an excellent job from beginning to end. First, Len the Plumber called when Mike was on his way, and he arrived exactly when he said he would. Replacing the water heater was pretty straightforward but I didn't feel at any time like any unnecessary services or features were being pushed on me. Mike cleaned everything up once he finished and left the basement area just like it was prior to service. Overall an extremely professional job - will definitely use Len the Plumber again in the future.

They're very friendly. Jason was so nice and professional. Everyone they've sent out is very personable, prompt and right on time! They give you an exact time and are right there when they say they will be. They clean up after themselves. There wasn't a trace after they left. We were real happy with the service.

Everything turned out great. There are no problems. They showed up on time and the plumber was knowledgeable. He was polite and explained everything he was doing. He explained what all the warranties were on the work and did everything that I expected him to do. They were excellent.

They did good. We have waste money that month, I had no idea. I would use them again in the future.

The first time time they came out was because of my clogged second floor toilet, and it leaked. I was plunging in and when I did, I broke the seal on the toilet so it started leaking through the kitchen. The technician came out and replaced the seal on the toilet and said he declogged the toilet, but then the next day it clogged up again. I called the plumber and they came out the next day, and the plumber that they had that time said that the clog was still there and he unclogged it in 5 minutes. He was going to charge me the service call and I questioned them with their supervisor because the previous day I have been charged $600 for a 1-hour fix. I questioned why I was getting charged $60 when they didn't fix the first time. Then the supervisor didn't charge the second visit. They were quick and they were fast to get there. They were there the next day. We had the problem during the evening time on a Monday and they were there on a Tuesday. That was pretty fast. When we had the second problem, they were there the next day.

He was really bad. Len The Plumber was absolutely horrible. I will never use him again. He poke some holes in the wall. He did a crappy job with the caulking and the sink tap he replaced was very expensive. He was rude, hittable attitude. He was bad. We told so many people we will never use them again. I just thought he has a really bad attitude and I think he really didn't do quality work for that much of a price. I had somebody come in to repair what he did.

The guy was nice but he gave my husband a thousand of dollars over. My husband called another plumber and he was able to fix the problem for a couple of hundred dollars. We did not go with Len The Plumber because he said he had to do a whole extraction from the roof, from the pipes and there’s no way that he would be able to fix it. It’s been months now since we took another plumber in a very small area and it’s been fine. It’s just way overpriced and very extreme what he wanted to do to fix a small problem. There was a charge for the estimate. He had to cut through the cabinet wall to see what the problem was. He charged us for the labor. It was the first time having him come out. He was just trying to get the bigger job. The quality of his assessment of the situation was terrible. They came a few days after we called.

It turned out very well. Never been better. I recommend it and worked out fine. They're very nice, cleaned their behind themselves and go on and on to a perfectly satisfied. And we'll call him again. They were fast. I would use him again on the future.

I had one call with him. Before they came, they sent me a picture of the guy that would be coming to my house which was very nice. It worked out very well. The interaction was very good.

It was very good. The guy who came here was great. They are great and the service was very good. The guy was excellent. The price was good.

We were very pleased with him. They are a big advertiser in Baltimore and they had done a pro bono job at one of our local parks where a friend of ours is the steward. They worked very hard to get all the permits that needed to be done. They got a lot of resistance from the city because they are not on the city's list of approved contractors but they had agreed that they would do the work for free. They hung in there and did it for the park. I was very intrigued by that so when we called them, they came out on a very timely basis to do the work. They explained the work and it was good. It wasn't a big job.

They did a good job. He is a good plumber. He was professional and courteous. They got the job done quickly and they charged me a little less than I expected. There was one thing they couldn't fix because it is a 100 year old house and I get that. They were on time.

The experience has definitely been all positive. I know the owner personally, but not just that. He is very reasonable on his prices and they come right out the same day, which is very helpful when you have a plumbing problem. Their price is a little high, but it is worth it. The quality of their work is worth it and their professionalism is very good.

It was wonderful. He did what he had to do to the A/C unit and he left. It has worked great all summer.
