It was excellent. They came out when they said they were going to. The problem to me was, we had a leak and it wasn't identifiable. For me, I didn't like where it was coming from. They had to identify and repair it. It wasn't easy repairing because they had to cut the copper piping and everything. They just did a wonderful job. They are reliable and dependable. I would recommend them.

There was a lot of work involved as they had to dig up the drain line to the sewer and they did a very good job. I will continue to use them for my plumbing needs.

Recaulk job was fine. Leak turned out to be unrelated to caulk but would have been hard for them to know that since we could not reproduce the leak when they were there.

Haven't heard from the since the service. It has been a week. Claim that dirt got back into the sump pump from all the rain we had been having.

We called to set up an appointment which we needed ASAP and someone was sent that day. The plumber was very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problems immediately and repaired them to our satisfaction.

I called on Wednesday, 1/7 to set up an appointment for Saturday, 1/10. I was given an appointment window of 0800 - 1200. At 1145 I got a call saying they were running "a little late" and would be there "closer to 1300". By 1410 I had received no contact and called to cancel my appointment.

I have used the company for about 2-3 months now. The plumbers do excellent work. They did a really nice job cleaning up after themselves. I have had no problems scheduling with company.

The initial response was satisfactory as a response to a blocked sewer line. As part of the service they offered to video the line but could not do it the same day. We agreed to use them to replace the sewer line outside the house from the house to the connection with the county line. We had to agree that they would not be responsible for damage to shrubbery. As a result we lost azalea bushes and other plants that were destroyed with no regard as to whether they could be preserved. The excavated dirt was not restored to the trench. The work area required many hours of hired help to restore the grades so restoration could begin.

I was very satisfied with the workmanship. The gentleman was very polite, thorough, and cleaned up his mess. He also wore foot protectors to protect our floor and I was very happy with his job.

It went great. I would recommend this plumber as well as use him again if I needed to.

We've been using them for over 20 yeas. Every time we have a problem, we call them. They're reliable, respectful, and are good. We love them.

Very quick response. Plumber was knowledgeable and informative, and did a good job. They seem pricey, but one should probably expect to pay a premium for short-notice availability - it costs money to have people at multiple locations waiting for a call. I would use Len the Plumber again in an emergency, but might look for other options for a non-emergency job.

My problem was the hot water heater was showing a lockout code reading. Both repairmen were very nice, on time, and very professional. The first repairman was able to resolve my problem by resetting the hot water heater code. He called his office for the cost of a new replacement unit. (This visit cost about $49.00). After a month the unit showed another lockout code. The second repairman was not able to reset the code on the unit. I showed him what I found on the Internet with people having the same problem. He explained that it would cost $300 to perform that task with no guarantee that it would work. I understood his point put refused the service. The repairman also called to get the cost of replacing my unit with a new unit (replacement with new unit $1,900). This service visit cost $100. I was able to resolve the issue with what I learn from the Internet and it has worked for the past 4 months. The service provider was nice and explain everything that he did and what he could do. My only negative with this experience is that I got the feeling that replacing my unit with a new unit was pushed more than finding a solution to my issue.

It went well. Couldn't use basement clean out so he removed the toilet and got it done that way. Put everything back perfectly and cleaned up nice.

They removed the trap & snaked out the pvc drain.

All services performed well in expectations.

o.k....the drain, is still running slow

Experience was great. I received a call from the office, to see if they could come out earlier than scheduled. I agreed and Jim was on site at the time stated. I was working from home and had to take a couple of calls and he was patient and understanding. I explained the symptoms for both toilets. He knew right away what was needed. The toilets had all the original parts and were approximately 9 years old. They were just worn out. He provided the quotes and estimates for each of the items for current and future work. He went to work to fix the toilets. Jim was efficient and thorough. Once everything was replaced, he explained again the work that was completed. Service was exceptional and we look forward to them completing the other items on our "to be done" list.

I had a huge clog in the kitchen with standing water in the sink. The clog was behind the wall so I couldn't get to it without a snake. i also tried pouring some drain cleaner hoping it would melt whatever it was in the way. I eventually gave up and called Len the Plumber around 9am the next day. They offered same day service and I was given the window of arrival between 11am to 3pm. The plumber arrived around 10:45am and gave me a quote for the cost of service before he would start. The plumber was very professional, thorough, and polite. First, he inserted a snake roughly 23 ft down the pipe to clean things out. Then after he finished snaking he filled up the sink several times to make sure it drained well before he packed his stuff. After that he cleaned all the wet spots under the sink and on the kitchen floor for me before handing me the receipt. Overall, I'm very pleased with the service, but just hope that it could be cheaper.

Everything was fine. We didn't get a second estimate. They seemed a little high, but they gave us an estimate, and they didn't have to any additional work. They were here just about the whole day, it was expensive. The quality so far has been good. They were very prompt.
