The job was very efficiently done. It was expensive. He came in and cleared a drain and it's been working fine ever since. He was timely and was here when he said. He cleaned up after himself. He gave me a $10 senior citizen discount.

The service was efficient, timely and he was here when he said he would be. I was kind of shocked by the price, but I have no way of judging what other plumbers charge. He cleaned up after himself. The actual work itself was very good quality. They responded right away and came the next day after I called. They were very professional and knew what to do. They checked to make sure the pipe wasn't leaking. I am going to look for someone cheaper.

They came back right away to fix the issue. They told you what was going on and told you the pricing up front and direct. I felt like, them telling me that they were reliable. They were courteous, polite and prompt.

Never again, took advantage of my wife being home alone with the kids. I called ahead of time told them it was just the one bathroom and the toilet would need to be removed. Not and emergency service. Please do your self a favor and use anyone but Len.

crew came at 730 am the pipe finder did not show up with crew, he told them to stark diging, after 2 hours and 11 feet deep no saw line,about 3hr later pipe guy show up , diging crew was diding on wrong side of big dich, after about 8hr pipe were replace dich was filled very sloppy not happy at all,

To get an A, they should provide an accurate estimate or what's going to cost in the end. Their estimate was about $2000. It ended up being $3500. The work that was done was fine. I would probably not use them in the future. I liked the fact that they would come out the same day.

The service manager worked with my mother and me. The work exceeded was off the chart. I had the highest satisfaction with the work done. Gave credit for future work, understood the age of my mother is 89. So the follow up my mom let me know later. The response time exceptional when it came time for the service manager to get back with me and I also will out of town for the follow up call back. The service manager talked with me prior to the work and also talked to my mother second. I was fully aware of the follow up work that would take place. When the service manager had a conversation with my mother he was very gentle and respectable with her.They sent the same plumber witch was very important and he was very timing was important and to show constantly. It was the exceptional and quick response that made the significant difference.

The plumber and his helper arrive on time and were very cordial. They examined under the sink and I informed them that the leak was accessed from the basement and showed them the source of the leak. The plumbers got their tools and fixed the leak. I was taken back with the $300 cost. The scheduler had informed me that there was a $49 dollar cost for a visit, this was scheduled the same day. She said if I chose to have the plumber fix the problem the $49 would be set aside and I would only pay for the repair and materials. I would have thought $200 was stretching it but $300 for a pin hole leak????? I believe the price deserves an F and, unfortunately, professionalism has to be lowered because I don't believe it is professional to obscenely overcharge a repeat.

They were okay. It was a lucky thing that I had the cartridge for the faucet. All they did basically was replace the cartridge in the faucet. They did not stock the cartridge for the faucet. I thought they were a bit expensive for what they did. I realize that there's travel time so on and so forth. They were good except that they actually said that they would have the part and they did not have it. I was lucky that I had a spare cartridge. The work they did was fine. They replaced the cartridge and the faucet stopped leaking. I expected approximately a bill of about $80 because of travel and labor. It took very little time in order to do it. Their bill might have been slightly above $100. They showed up when they said they were going to. They were relatively quick.

Everything was fine. I can't remember exactly what they did but I believe they did a good job. They were on the high side. I didn't have problems with them.

My utility sink was backing up. I hoped they would be able to run a snake through to clear the lines. However, because of the age of the sink (61 years) and the construction (pipe was mounted onto the bottom of the sink), there was no way to run a snake through. (We tried to do that ourselves.) The plumber explained exactly why he couldn't run the snake and that I would need a new tub, plumbing & fixtures. He quoted a "best case scenario" price and also explained what else could possibly go wrong once he got into the job. Fortunately, everything went as planned and the price he quoted was only $3 > the actual price. He was prompt and hauled everything away upon completion of the job. This is actually the 2nd time I've used Len the Plumber. The last time was in June when they came out to clear the drain in our bathtub. I don't recall any specifics, but was pleased enough with their service to call them again for today's job.

I was told they could not give an estimate over the phone (county code requirement) and they would send someone. I asked if they could just give me a ballpark figure so I could shop around. Again, they cited "code' and no one would be had able to do so (NOT TRUE). They arrived promptly and provided an estimate of $1595 to replace a 50 gal elect hot water tank. I found this estimate to be very high and had to pay a $49 "visit/estimate" fee. Sent them on their way and made a few phone calls from Angie's Listing. Got a phone estimate of $1100 for same service which I scheduled. Beware of companies that refuse to give phone estimates for standard jobs such as this.

He took care of the leak but he could not get the tub unclogged. He said it had a special plate in it and he didn't have the right equipment. He still charged me the same price even though he didn't unclog the drain. In the meantime we couldn't use our tub and he said it would be another $781 to get him to come back. I had another plumber come out and he snaked my drain in 5 minutes and said that there was no such special plate in the tub preventing it from being snaked. I felt like he was trying to take advantage of me.

They come as soon as you need them. They do not make you wait and wait. I would tell a friend to call them. The pricing was good for that particular thing. Their punctuality was good. He was very good.

Well according to,that lab, they said it was so bad could not get results, and that it should not be used and another well drilled for our safety. The reason for the check up was that we had orange slime on sitting in the standing water in the toilets, and sitting animal water on their bowl. It was nowhere else. I first called my water softener company, Culligan, and was told it was no harm to anyone. It is something that will develop on sitting water that the is in the open air. I called EPA, and was told the same thing. It is no harm to humans or animals. The only thing is that it looks nasty and kind of creepy to clean. But I was relieved to hear that. I was referred to another government agency, called, and told my whole story again. And was also told no harm. But a good idea to get a picture of the inside of the well. Seventeen years ago we extended the depth of our water, in the same well. I was told that it could have been a screen placed in before they started digging, if so, the plumber could have put a hole in it while pumping, causing all the mud. After the plumber left, we continued to have muddy water for quite a while so I had to change every other day, I am now down to every 3 or 4 days. The filter is still muddy, but slowly getting lighter, but not like it used to be. So I halve had culligan here three times, and said it was incorrect what was done. So we would run the water outside for hours at a time, and I believe it. Helped some. The Safe Water employee still said I should get a picture of the inside of the well. It would probably help. Also the Maryland lab is checking the water in several containers. I was told that a maryland lab should have been the one to check originally. the Masters lab is in Pennsylvania, I believe, and you do not check from one state to another. Thank you for the opportunity to allow me to get this out.

Very understanding, the installation was done to my expectations. The tech was very good.

It was a weekend and they were quick to respond.

I think the work was fine. This is just an issue with the person coming particularly but I've used Len The Plumber multiple times and they kind of do a lot of upselling when they come in to provide services and so that can be sort of challenging. Company policy seem to kind of encourage upselling. It wasn't the technician per se. The technicians provided a range of options for the services.

It was good. It was expensive but it was good.

I think it was fine. I'm very satisfied.

The price was a little higher than I expected.

They work for two days and he was nice. He was very prompt and he explained everything to me and my husband, he was very competent.

They were wonderful, joy to them. They were absolutely fabulous. They came right away. The charges were very reasonable. Of course the work stood out about them, they do excellent work, excellent. They sure are pretty neat and the first time the guy had to cut a hole in the drywall and he was so careful that it was really wonderful. The second time the whole scene was rebuilt. They were great. I love them. I swear by them. That is why they have the fastest turnaround time. They were right in there for the price. The quality is definitely an 'A'. I was very happy. They have done plumbing and carpentry and stuff. The responsiveness is definitely an 'A'. They were very good for the punctuality. Their professionalism was absolutely an 'A'. They are wonderful. If I needed to, I will use them again in the future, hopefully I don't have to use them soon.

I called Len the Plumber on the morning of June 25th to request a service call to deal with a minor gas leak. This was NOT an emergency but did need to be dealt with. I was informed a plumber would arrive between noon and 4:00. At 2:40 PM I was called and informed the plumber would NOT be coming today because he was delayed on an earlier call. I requested that he come later and they said he was already booked. I then asked why I was the one to be canceled and not deferred and was informed that ALL the other requests were emergencies. Somehow I doubt that. They offered to come on Friday but I had other commitments and then they offered to look for some time next week. At that point I informed them I would prefer to work with a vendor who would come when promised. I will not use this vendor again. Nor, based on this experience, would I recommend him.
