They had to reschedule and came on the second day. The plumber told my husband what he had to do sounding like it was a major job. From the time they arrived to the time he cleaned up and left was less than 45 minutes. Bill was $330.00. I called to speak to owner, he was out of town and was to call me the following week. No phone call. I did tell the woman who answer the phone what I needed. Will not use them again

I didn't get them from Angie's List. It was the first time I ever used them. It was okay.

Was sold a new toilet with a used toilet seat. Reported issue and was told plumber would call back. Never got call.

The service was satisfactory. We have them come out a number of times in the past and we have always been satisfied. We have been using them since we moved into our house years ago. We have had five or six different needs for a plumber and they have come out and done the work. We pay a little bit more, but we trust them.

They've done multiple services for years and years. They have always been wonderful. We arranged a PVC to make it a lot easier to work with. They were prompt. They replaced my entire line going up to the street years ago. They've always been good to us. The are my go to.

Whoever put the line out, did the line on their own and did not do it the right way from the house to the street with the grid. So it was all messed up. They had to use jackhammers to get to it. They've been here a couple of times. They are my go to and I will continue.

I mean, they are okay. My oven has not worked since and they won't do anything about it. Their communication was not good. There was communication failure before. They never answered my question and they did not tell the plumber who had to come back out to address the oven issue. They did not tell him what the issue was so when he got here he said they did not deal with that, so it was a waste of a lot of time. It was about a week and a half of back and forth calling.

We would use them again because we have used them in the past. We were repeat customers. They came in another time when the faucet on the back of the house started leaking. My husband scheduled an appointment and that particular day of all day, he had a sinus migraine. The guy came in and he was as quiet as a church mouse. We told him that Paul had a headache and he did everything possible to keep the noise to absolute minimum. They are that conscious of their customers.

I had a very good experience with them.

The entire repair was done quickly and professionally. The workers showed up as scheduled and started right in on digging up the old broken terra cotta pipe. The water to the house was shut off during the process and we totally appreciated how quickly they got this work done. They started about 8 AM and even through a torrential downpour, they kept working and got the job done and everything cleaned up by 1:30 (and my water was turned back on - yay!). A truly fantastic job done and all systems are flowing without backup now!

They had to go through the sidewalk to get to the plumbing. Initially it was just going to be a small hole. They said they would try 2 different machines. One was a more expensive than the other. They tried the most expensive machine first and it didn't work. They ended up using the least expensive machine and ended up taking up the whole sidewalk instead of just a small section. Instead of pouring a new sidewalk they patched they entire thing without setting it or anything. It has now fallen through and has left holes all throughout. I have called them countless times and have just recently gotten in touch with someone and am still trying to get someone to come back and fix it.

The job was done okay but I think their prices are an outrage. believe are not we were not been able to get the washers of our facet on our sink off because we didn't have the right tools we bought tools but there are still strips so that's why we called them.

It was okay, nothing special. They are way overpriced. My grades are based on their price, but they are unprofessional as well. The personality of the individual was unprofessional. The quality of the work was fine.

They were great. They came on a Sunday morning and I had a leak in my pipes and they were insulated so I had no idea what it was. The plumber’s name was Ricky Ricardo and he was superb, he was excellent. He explained everything to me. I had some followings where I sent them pictures and the supervisor got back to me which was great and they came out to do a house visit to make sure I was comfortable with what they explained. It was under $400 and they replaced a section of copper piping. He did an amazing job. Even their responsiveness to my questions, it was just something I noticed when Ricky and I know he would explained it to me it’s just I wasn’t attentive as I should have been. So when I called back they were very responsive and wonderful.

We used them in the past for a drainage issue from our sink in the kitchen. That was many years ago. Everything was efficiently done. They were very pleasant and they handled the job. They don't have to contract out, they use all their own people. They're just helpful.

They had to excavate and put in new piping and everything. They were very efficient. They put a scope down into the pipe area to see what the reason for the blockage was. We were watching when they were doing it. Even the county had to come in, from the end of our property to their large drainpipe and clean out. So, basically, we had a broken pipe and that was all replaced. It's running fine now. They did a really nice job. The young man that came in first was really thorough. He was very neat about it because he had to take our toilet off. They had to use a device to go down through the pipe with it. He had to really push it through. He had plastic that he put up on the walls and everything because when they pulled it back up there would be splattering and there was. But, we didn't have any problems as far as on the walls or anything. He was very clean and thorough with that too. So they did a good job. They found the problem and fixed it. They were very careful digging it up to get to the pipe. We only lost one bush. We have a weeping cherry tree that they had to go right beside. Actually some of the roots were under it and they were very very careful with that. So I was real pleased with what they did.

They did well and they were over priced. They were high on their price for what they did. It took them a day or two to call me back, but they did. They were right on time and professional. They came out and gave me a price for their work. He gave me a price to do the plumbing work from the drain to the house. He gave me another price to do the drain and replace the garbage disposal. After he came back, I told him to do the plumbing work. He tidied up after himself, and he was done in about an hour and a half. He had everything on the truck. I probably would not because, he was a little high.

I called because my downstairs neighbor reported water leaking through her ceiling. I found water accumulating around my hot-water heater, and called a plumber. I got disconnected on three tries to call (twice right when I called, and once when I was trying to talk to the office), but once I got through on the fourth try, service was excellent. The person on the phone asked how large my water heater was, whether it was gas or electric, and how old it was (presumably, if it was old, the repair might involve replacing it). The main office called me when the plumber was dispatched, and told to expect him in about 30 minutes, which is when he arrived. It took 90 minutes from the original call to the plumber's arrival; this is fine on a Sunday afternoon. When he came, he looked around the water heater, and found that the leak wasn't there. Rather, it was from the pipe which drains the condensation from the heat pumps; he showed me where the pipe was backing up. He could not fix the pipe because that was not his responsibility; I live in a condominium, and the clogged pipe was a common pipe, outside my apartment, and thus the responsibility of the building management. I was charged a fee for the diagnostic visit.

Had used this company 2 years ago to replace an outdoor faucet. Work was done very well and at a reasonable price. Plumber was excellent and very courteous Needed a different outdoor faucet replaced. Received quote which was outrageous!! Technician didn't seem to understand some basic preliminary work I had done to see where the problem was. Thoroughly frustrated and will not be using them again!!!

I called at 7:30 am and made an appointment for 8:00 am - noon window. They came out around 8:45 am. They were nice enough, a bit quite but nice. They looked at the drain pipes and told me they could install a clean out and snake it. They we back to the truck and came in with paperwork and a quote. It was $235 to snake the drain and $89 to install the clean out. I would have installed the clean out myself but didn't have time at the moment. Work was done and they gave me $20 off for being an Angie's List customer.

They came right out. I asked them to look around for other items that needed to be fixed and they got it done. Whenever I call, I ask Justin because he is honest and trustworthy. They are just phenomenal and I really like them. Their honest really impresses me. It's hard to find a company you can trust.

They were prompt he was courteous and kept in touch with me. They were very good he did a great job I love it.
