Very neat and clean and knowledgeable

Plumber conducted a thorough search to determine source of leak. He apologized for having to cut a hole in the wall. There was no way around this since the pipes were behind a shower shelf seat.

Went well, very expensive but very good! He was at my house for over six hours.

I thought the price was high but I always deal with plumbers so I am not going to pick on Len the plumber. He did the work and it had to be done and I haven't had anything problems with it. If I knew how to do it myself I would have done it myself but I guess they did a good job, nobody really knows for sure until something happens the next few months.

It was fantastic. He was on time and did a really nice job. He was very attentive and as of now everything is fine. I did not price it out but it seemed fair.

They did a good job. Price is a little high, but they have an guy that works for them that I really like. He does great work, and that is why I continue to use them. I did not have any problems. They had always cleaned up after themselves. I have no complaints.

I thought the price was a decent price. The quality was very good. They came very quickly.

So far it's gone okay. I was totally shocked on how big of a problem I had and how expensive it was. The kitchen sink was gurgling and I thought I had a clog. I did have a clog and there were some larger pipes that were trying to go into littler pipes.He was here for eight hours, and I understand they get paid a lot per hour, but it felt like a lot when it didn't seem like he was doing much. It was an all day job, but I think he was just sitting there for a long while because I didn't hear anything going on for part of the time. I'm not saying he wasn't doing anything, but it sure seemed like it for so many hours because it was totally quiet down there and he hadn't come back up for a long time. The first half of the day he was up and down, back and forth. But after he came back from lunch it didn't seem like he was doing much; I'm a little suspicious on some of the time I got charged for. Once you mistrust somebody, it's hard to go back and use them again.

Extremely overpriced. $300/hr for labor, one worker.

It was no problem at all. They came out, and fixed it in short order.

It worked out very well. They did it very well.

They showed up first thing in the morning and worked with myself and tenants to get the toilet and valves all replaced so we could get the water turned back on. They were great because I was out of town at the time and had to work with me over the phone and with my tenants. They even texted photos of what they did including shots of the water pressure before and after replacing the reducing valve.

Working just fine - but price paid for 1 hour of work was extreme.

I was overall pleased. There are so many unknowns when you dig up a septic system that's been underground for several decades. The schedule of when work was to be completed was about as good as expected.

The process was very smoothe. The plumber invested time in teaching us about what he was doing so we could understand how to operate the items. I would highly recommend Lynn the plumber based on this experience.

It went really good. The tech was on time and took time to explain what he was doing. He gave me a quote upfront and it wasn't bad at all!

He over charged me! The part was good however the price of the installation is very high for 32 min he over charged me by about 125.00

Problem was taken care of and the young man that performed the job was very good. He also gave me some suggestions/tips that would help to keep the problem from happening again in the near future.

The install was quick and efficient but one of the pipes developed a pinhole leak at the solder point within a few days. Len the Plumber addressed it quickly by sending someone out to fix.

He did a great job. I was really pleased with the work.

Rich was excellent. Did great work. On time, Finished a large job in one day, digging up an old line and replacing it with a new one. We found our water heater leaking the next day, and had it replaced by him as well.

Technician showed up on time and was knowledgeable. Very professional.
