Connected a drain and leak checked for installation of a bath tub. Work was done on a 3 story townhouse so he had to cut into the ceiling of the second floor in order to connect the drain in the bathroom on the third floor. He noticed an improper installation of the drain that was done by the previous owner and he corrected it. On time and professional. A little more expensive than some other plumbers but great quality work.

The work went smoothly. They completed the job while we were at work and came by later to make sure we were satisfied and explain the warranty.

He didn't open up more of the ceiling than he needed to so the hole that needed repair afterwards was small. In no time at all he was finished!

Fixed it but charged $160. Found out afterwards that I could have done it myself after watching a 5 minute YouTube video and $15 worth of supplies.

He comes out the same day when you call, and when they can come earlier, they come earlier. They give you a time, and they'll call you and say oh, I'm in your area, is it okay if I come now? They are very professional; they better be. Yes, I would use him in the future; I would call him today if something went wrong.

This is the 2nd time we have used Len the Plumber services. Both times were great, plumbers they sent were very polite, clean and extremely knowledgeable. The whole experience with the company from our first call to them to the job completion itself were top notch! I Recommend the company to anyone that needs a good plumber.

I was going to do it with them, but I didn't I do it with them. I had somebody else do it. They were rather over priced. I don't know what kind of work they do I just got a quote from them. They wanted to do that plus replace something else. After I had it done I talked to another person who did it and he said you need to have this other thing done. It was extra money out of my pocket that I didn't want to spend. The guy was nice, he was prompt, and everything. He did give me a suggestion for another company to come out. He wanted do an expansion tank or something like that, but I didn't need one because it was relatively new, the one I had on there. They are very responsive. The guy was going to come out the next day. He quoted me a price that was very nice. He was very professional, but just too much money. I would call them, I would get different quotes from different people though.

Scheduling an appointment was easy and the scheduler very cordial. The technician gave a very thorough explanation of why replacement was necessary. The work was completed very efficiently. I have used Len the Plumber for over 15 years and have been satisfied with their response every time.

One week later, I still have not heard back from anyone. The $1,472 for the hot water heater was worth it, the $1,500 charged for doing nothing but waste my time trying to track down management was not.

Very well. Identified and pipe replaced. Pipe ran thru some duct work. So a fairly long section had to be replaced in a hard to reach area.

It went great! Their concern and expert advice was magnificient.

It went well. Keith was very professional and explained everything so I could understand what the issues were and how he was going to fix them.

Len The Plumber was okay. It was fine. It's good. It was on time. It was quick. It was expensive but it was plumbing so there you are. He was actually fixing some work that he's done badly in the past. So, the new work is more professional. They wanted to work, I mean, they got in touch with me right away and he scheduled it right away. I think the quality of the service was good. I guess, he listened to what I wanted and he provided that. The price seemed a little high to me, I haven't checked. Professionalism was fine. Yeah, probably I would use Len The Plumber again but I might look for something cheaper but maybe not.

I always want it cheaper. I used them because my laundry tub was leaking in the basement. I have used them before; this is about the third time I have called them.

They told me up front, they don’t do the ceiling.

All went well, no problems & good service.

I called them, and told them what the leak was and asked if they could fix it. They said, they'd need to see if there was more than one site. They couldn't figure it out. Instead of figuring out, they kept trying to get me to pay more and more. They tried to fix one patch, and then there was another leak. I asked him to leave. He just needed to replace it like I originally asked. I will never use this company again.

They're too expensive. They didn't solve the problem.

If you want an expert to come look at the problem without suggesting charges to identify the problem I wil recommend Len the plumbers and specifically Steven. He came out, looked at the issue, did his survey and fixed the issue for us at a reasonable price.

We were very happy. Ryan was great and he got the job done . He was friendly, profession , knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. He also explained everything and answered all our questions. His partner Robert was great too.

Chris was very professional and did a great job.

The work needed to be done in 2 phases as a new floor needed to be installed prior to the final hook up. Len's plumber coordinated with us to assure the room would be out of commission as little time as possible.

He was very expensive. They could give more competitive rates. I had to keep on calling them for two months to try and get some kind of a bill. I paid them and they didn't send me a bill. They did come quick. They were responsive. He came and he charged a lot of money to do a simple job. According to him, they bill by the job. I have never seen such crazy billing in my life.

Sent 4 men but only 2actually worked. They left my front a total mess. Didn't remove the old pipe, just smashed it and left it in trench. Left the front yard complete uneven and lumpy, made no attempt to level the earth, left huge stones they uncovered littering the ground and left their cigarette buts all over. They had to lift a piece of the pavement, and with 4 men they could have moved to one side, but they used the back hoe to replace it and broke it. I complained but got no redress. Would never recommend their services to anyone.

I would hire Len the plumber again without question. They are professional and complete the work correctly.
