Description of Work: Installed new water pressure tank before 2011. Installation went okay but took advantage of homeowner needing water and not knowing prices. Priced way over what the going price was later determined to be and ignored requests for review of the pricing. AVOID.....

Description of Work: Before I went on vacation I called them out for a couple of odd jobs including new toilet, a leaking hose and a slow drain sink. The guy who came out first(who has been out before and always does a great job) could not get the drain to clear. After I got back from vacation they sent out a drain clearing specialist who cleared the drain better than I ever remember it draining. I will definitely continue to recommend them, as I have in the past.

Description of Work: We had a stopped up kitchen sink. The plumber (we have used Rich before and had great service) wasn't able to fix the problem. He charged us $189, instead of the normal $219, because he spent time trying to fix the problem. He suggested a chemical solution. When we added baking soda and white vinegar, the sink became unstuck. We were disappointed in Len the Plumber this time. However, we have had great service in the past. Based on past experience (but not this most recent visit), we would use Len the Plumber again.

Description of Work: Len the plumber replaced our 20 year old toilet with a high quality new toilet. The plumber was professional and worked quickly. We will definitely call them again. In the past the company replaced a broken water line in front of our house. The company does quality work for reasonable prices.

Description of Work: We called them twice. The first service was to place adapters on the laundry room feed pipes so we could install a new laundry room sink. The service was very good. The second time was to repair a leaking pipe in the wall of the basement. They came out, said they couldn't do the work and charged us $49.00 transportation fee.

Description of Work: Hooked up the icemaker for a new refrigerator. He was here within an hour of my phone call which was great. He had to drill a hole in my ceramic tile kitchen floor to reach the water line from the basement. This was done very professionally and quickly. I was very pleased.

Description of Work: I purchased and had them to install a utility sink in my basement. The technician was prompt, explained the work that needed to be done and did an outstanding job. I have used Len The Plumber before and will probably use them again because of the quality of work performed. My only issue with them are their prices. Be prepared to break open your wallet. They should have a repeat customer discount or other cost saving incentives.
