Description of Work: Arrived as promised (on a weekend) explained what was wrong and was given an estimate on the spot.. no high pressure,explained options,provided written copy of findings with price that would be honored for 6 months. Decided to have toilet replaced,it was performed the next day,no mess,everything cleaned up and disposed of and it is still working without any problems and it was about 2 yrs ago . Would definitely use again.

Description of Work: Len the Plumber provided an assessment of a clogged toilet. As per Len the Plumber, something was lodged into the toilet and a new one would be needed at the cost of over $500. Turns out the toilet was clogged with paper towels. Once the clog was released by us, all issues were resolved and new toilet was not needed.

Description of Work: Kitchen sink faucet was replaced. I provided the faucet so the repair incl uding the price of the faucet was about $450. Punctual, friendly, quick. I will use them in the future and would definitely recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Replaced water heater. The work was fine - I did not like that they do not provide an itemized bill...makes it hard to compare pricing.

Description of Work: The gentleman put a new inside in one of my toilets. The only thing wrong with the toliet was that I needed a new lever because chain had broken. He convinced me the toliet needed a new inside all together. Well when he completed installing the inside he said now you have to purchase a new lever. I said forget it I am not paying that for a cheap lever I will go get one and install it myself. | |I had two other things I needed fixed and told him thanks but no thanks because he wanted to charge $100 each thing. My daughter had dropped a charm down her drain and he wanted to charge $100 to unscrew the pipe get it and put the pipe back on. Not happening! The other project was to replace the washer on a faucet. I don't think that is $100 job either. | |The company may do good work but so do other companies for much less!

Description of Work: Rental house with a tenant who is a maintenance man for an apartment complex so knows about water heaters. Unfortunately he could not be there for the installation but he disputed some of the charges and Len the Plumber did credit some of the bill.

Description of Work: The problem was with the call center person, Cherea. I specifically told her not to send someone allergic to cats. Sean arrived and said he was allergic to cats and that I would have to clean the house before I called again. I went to another company, did no more cleaning than usual. Plumber arrived on time, said he was not allergic to cats, did the work for less than I had expected. |I've never had a problem before with Len the Plumber and would consider using them again if I got some assurance from the call center that my requests are understood,

Description of Work: Called Len for a kitchen sink that wouldn't drain, after our home warranty plumber (they will be getting a separate, horrible review) told me that I had a broken sewer line. Len's Camera guy was the first to respond--same day. He was able to largely debunk the original diagnosis, and the plumber who came for the follow up appointment (next day) was able to completely debunk it--he and I both worked through the problem. Turned out to be just a very bad clog that resolved itself, but Len's guys helped get rid of a lot of anxiety. Everyone I dealt with was professional, prompt, and respectful (they had plenty of opportunity to call me an idiot, but didn't). Only charged $50 for the mobilization fee--although I do hear that they tend to be a bit expensive.

Description of Work: My husband and I were leaving for vacation and had planned to have someone stay at the house while we were gone when we noticed we were only getting lukewarm water our of every tap. We contacted Len the Plumber the morning we were getting ready to leave. They responded very quickly and came out that morning. The technician was very prompt, courteous, took care of the problem we called about. While the technician was at the house, we asked him to look into another problem we were having which we took care for us. We would definitely use Len the Plumber again!

Description of Work: Unblocked a blocked commode. Only complaint I had was that, when I asked the young man if he had booties for his shoes, he showed me that they were in his pocket, What's up with that!?

Description of Work: On christmas day the drain in my kitchen sink backed up and I called Len the Plummer. They arrived promptly and fixed the problem in a very reasonable amount of time. I was getting ready to serve my family Christmas dinner, so this was obviously very important to me.I didn't have to pay for the service because I live in a condo and the clog that caused the backup was in the community part of the line, so I can't really addresss the cost of the service. I would definately use this company again.

Description of Work: My faucet was leaking. I didn't like one he had to offer. So I picked out my own and he installed it next day.

Description of Work: They installed a new garbage disposal. It went well. They are a little pricey, but they do good work and are dependable.
