Description of Work: I HAD A BROKEN PLASTIC PIPE THAT HAD SNAPPED OFF UNDER THE KITCHEN SINK THAT MORNING. I NEEDED A QUICK FIX, AND YES IT WAS QUICK WHICH WAS GAEAT. I WAS VERY SATISTIED

Description of Work: Replaced leaking ball valve that served as cut-off for outside spigot. The valve was hard to reach because it was behind the water heater. He relocated the valve to a more convenient, reachable place.

Description of Work: Diagnosed repair and explained options and made recommendations for toilet repairs. All went as well.

Description of Work: They replaced a sump pump in a flooded area in the basement. It went very well.

Description of Work: replace a line to the septic. ended terrible. I had to have Servpro come to clean up the mess they left after they opened a cleanout in my basement. I had to throw away several items that I stored in the basement and it still smells. They didn't even cement around the pipe in the basement where they apparently hit the pipe and cracked the cement around it. So I am sure they didn't cement around the outside. When they checked to see if I was satisified that was a joke too. They never called me back Kara Evans 410-500-0679. I used the Ridgley street location 410-247-9970. This work took about 4 hrs.

Description of Work: We called to have them check a slow drip/leak in our basement. The technician said they'd have to replace an old copper pipe and ripe out the wall behind our toilet in our newly remodeled bathroom. Estimate was around $3000.00 I called a family member who is quite the all around handyman and all he did to correct our problem was to replace the wax toilet ring for less than $20.00.

Description of Work: checked water heater which was acting up--had to be reset a lot and no or very hot water coming out. Gave us a choice to fix or buy new one so we went for new. Expensive but needed. He did the work right away, had one in the truck. |Wanted to replace our faucets but cost was high so we said not now.

Description of Work: They unclogged a wicked toilet in good time. Technician was very pleasant. I have used Len the plumber in the past and have always been pleased.

Description of Work: Clean out drains but they are still clogged; the water gurgles from the kitchen sink when I use the washer,which is why I called Len The Plumber in the first place. They told me that I needed a new sewer line but I contracted with another firm to do that work. The kitchen sink still gurgles when I use the washer.
