Description of Work: New faucet in my kitchen. Completely over priced. Now faucet is loose and rarely does the water get completely hot or cold. Water pressure low also. I will never use them again and I tell everyone about my bad experience.

Description of Work: They came out the next day which was great. But the technician estimated $350 for installing our dishwasher and $350 for drilling behind all our cabinets to run a water line to our fridge's ice maker. It seemed like arbitrary pricing since the dishwasher is an easy job and my husband and I did it after he installed the water line to the fridge which took him over an hour. That was a much tougher job.

Description of Work: Replaced copper pipes, installed new well tank/filter and waste tank. We have used Mike Vitta several times. He was very helpful, informative, and prepared a detailed explanation when doing an estimate. While Mike had a dirty job to do, he did a thorough, neat clean-up every day. He is an asset and should make Len the Plumber proud. Mike Vitta is the best advertisement for the company.

Description of Work: Replaced 3 toilet fill valves and one cutoff valve at toilet. Installation was quick and professional, but one valve was set to the wrong height (too low) and the plumber had to return to adjust ... which he did promptly. | |After I got this service, I got quotes from other plumbers that were about $100 less for the same work. My fault for not getting competitive quotes first. | |While I would use Len the Plumber in the future as their work was of good quality and they were very quick providing same day service, I would likely use another source as Len's prices appear to be on the high side.

Description of Work: I had a pipe burst the day my son graduated. I called and they had someone at my house within a few hours. The gentleman cleared the main line leaving the house so our plumbing would work. A few days later they sent someone else out with a camera to scan the pipe and they found that tree branches were blocking the pipe. I ended up getting that fixed through them as well and they had it all done in one day. Their expertise and knowledge really helped ease my stress during an already stressful time. I would totally recommend them.

Description of Work: They came very quickly, and confirmed that my well pump had to be replaced. They could not do it until the next day, which was a Saturday. They told me exactly how much the cost would be. They arrived on time, and performed the service in a timely and professional manner.
