I definitely don’t recall the price. I remember why we needed them but not what we paid them.

They did the work somewhat incomplete just because the crew forgot to cover the dirt with "grass" It was a minor thing, however, it was inconvenient. I had to call back at the office and asked for that. Apparently, it was a lack of comminucation between the staff at Len The Plumber and the company who takes care of the "landscaping" work once the dirt is put back in place. It took 3 days instead of one day job to finish this plumbing project profesionally. I would recommend this company. However, keep in mind of the small details and have pin down on the contract before you sign it.

I'd spoken with a local plumber (who will be unnamed) the day before, after leaving a message the day before that. Though he could not get to me yesterday, he said he would call me this morning at 10:00 am to set the appointment. When I had not gotten his call by 11:30, I looked for who else to call. Len the Plumber was well recommended on many sites so I called, was immediately speaking with the call center representative/dispatcher, who took my information and asked when I needed service. Since my first call when I'd left a message with the other guy was two days ago, I asked if they could come today. They said they could have some one see me between noon and 4:00 pm. This was at 11:30 so I said "Great!" I got a call he was on his way about half an hour later. A professional looking, polite and competent plumber was shortly at the door. The estimate he gave was $75.00 more than the estimate I'd gotten over the phone from Mr. No Show, but seemed to include replacement of another part the other fellow had not mentioned. Plus, he was here! I said go ahead and by 1:00 the job was done, checked and for the estimated price, nothing more needed. All in all, great service. I will not waste time calling anyone else in future. I may not have gotten "Len", but Len's team deserves their excellent reputation.

.had 2 other plumbers look at it and told me was coming up from the ground....Steve G. took one look and figured it was coming from a pipe in the wall and he fixed it...all the while making it look like it was "no big deal". Thank you, I have used the service of Len the plumber before and will again.

They charge me $490.00 for this job. After they left, I found out that the disposal they installed only cost $100.00 at Home Depot. They charged me $490.00 for this job and it only took the man 20 minutes to do the complete job. This seems like an awfully lot to charge for labor for a job that was finished in 20 minutes. They are very overpriced with their work.

Unnecessarily replaced plumbing that did not fix leak. Told I'd receive a call, twice, to resolve, but never called.

Plumber arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and quickly did the repair. The only complaint that I had was the cost. I thought the repair was way overpriced for what needed to be done even though, I do recognize that this was for next day service on the weekend. Not sure that I would use again unless it was an extreme emergency.

The sewer line on my house lasted well over sixty years, but was showing signs of an eventual breakdown. Len the Plumber fixed this -- and with a minimum "scar" on my front lawn. In fact, they removed the grass very carefully, as sod, and placed it on a separate tarp from the dirt out of the holes. When the work was completed, there was very little visible disruption to my landscape; and after overseeding it in the fall, there is no evidence that this area had been dug. And so far, the sewer line is working well. This was not the first job they have done for me, but it was the biggest--and helped me avoid much greater damage to my home if this had been left unchecked.

My husband called Len the Plumber on Thursday evening and was given an appointment for the next day at 3:45pm. We received a phone call asking if the technician could come earlier which worked perfectly for our schedule. The plumber, Mike, came out, assessed the problem, told us exactly what had happened and said he could make the repair immediately since he had the part needed on the truck. He was very courteous, informative, and efficient and we would definitely ask for him the next time we have a plumbing need. But I have a feeling all of the plumbers at Len the Plumber are just as qualified.

They refused to give me even a rough estimate over the phone or via email of what this might cost, and insisted the plumber would have to come out and look at it for a service call. I agreed reluctantly, and the plumber came out. His "estimate" entailed basically glancing at the range for 2 seconds and saying he would charge $187 for each visit, for a total of $374. This seemed outrageous for a simple disconnect and reconnect. I told him I already had an emailed estimate from another plumber for $295--which I thought was high on its own--and asked him if he could match that. He said no. So I had to pay their $50 "service call" fee for nothing. I called one more plumber who immediately told me over the phone that he was licensed to deal with gas and could do it for $195, almost HALF their quote! In my view it is not professional to insist upon a service call for something that took him 2 seconds to quote me on. I had given them the model and make of the range, so they didn't need to come out in person to do that, they just wanted to squeeze me since they were on site, and worst case, they get $50 for 2 minutes of "work".

I use him frequently. They come out when you call them. On time. They get the work done and move on. My interactions were good. The last time they were really good. I have had them here before and the only thing I didn't like about it was they have the tendency to run in and out to get their equipment. They need to bring all their equipment in and stop running in and out. The work was good. The price as far as plumbers go, it is good.

They were very good. We did check other places before using them.

I thought I was hiring a PROFESSIONAL plumber, however the quality of work was some of the worst I have ever seen. He left an OPEN hole around one part of the tub faucet and did not even use caulk! I paid almost $700 and he could not use caulk and he thought it was OK to leave a hole in the wall?!?!? What a joke! I wish that I had checked Angie's List first before hiring this clown outfit.

Clearing the tub drain went well (as expected). Because of the age of my home, replacing the toilet got a little complicated. The +60 year old cast iron flange was broken (unexpectedly). That added to the time and cost, which was okay. I always use Len the Plumber. It's easy to make an appointment and just as easy to change it quickly. The scheduling staff is courteous and calls to let us know when the plumber's on his way. The plumbers are always courteous & professional and explain what they're doing. Highly recommend.

My well pump died on a Friday and we became aware the next morning when the faucets ran dry. I have a home warranty and called in a service request around 9AM on that Saturday. The warranty company was unable to provide me with a plumber by Sunday morning so I called Len the plumber. The man they sent was courteous and professional in diagnosing what was wrong. He informed me wat it would cost to do the work by showing me a dollar amount on a tablet. This was surprising given their "guarantee" :"Give you an up-front written estimate before work". I had no idea what it should cost and with 7 people living in my house I wanted to get the water back on as soon as possible. I should be able to get some money back by way of my warranty company but this requires them to speak to the plumber before the work starts and he politely refused. This should have been my first warning, if the work is on the level why would he not want to answer a few simple questions about what is wrong? I had to call the office and plead to a surpervisor to have them ask him to speak with the warranty company. He did answer their questions for me. The work it turns out took less than 3 hours total and the price I paid is more than twice what is reasonable or fair. When I asked why the cost was so high and asked for an itemized statement of the work he said that its not his job to give itemized statements or argue over the company's "set price for a job". Now you might say that it was more because it was a Sunday, but they have another "guarantee" :"Never charge extra for evenings and weekends". I know I will never be using this company again. I am posting my account in the hopes to save someone else from being ripped off by them.

The plumber was punctual, fixed the problem after multiple attempts, and continued to improve the quality of the flush when I stated that it still wasn't behaving correctly, (he was very polite and didn't laugh when I said the flush didn't sound right/normal).

They cleaned the clog out. Then they sent out another "technician" with a pipe camera... he was nothing more than a glorified salesman who told me essentially that all of my piping was collapsing and I needed $9,000 worth of work done. I got a second opinion from RE Robertson (who also has the pipe camera technology) and they told me the pipes were in good condition and that no additional work was needed. I will NEVER use Len the Plumber ever again.

Work not needed after estimate due to warranty from previous owners

They came out within 2 hours of reaching out to them. The guy was a sweetheart. They did it the very next day.

I had a very poor experience with this company. They overcharge me, and they didn't seem like they knew what they were doing, and the supervisors refused to speak with me when I called to complain. After spending a couple hours here trying to figure out the problem and correcting it, they didn't put the covers back on the furnace.

They did an excellent job fixing it, but over charged me double (at least)

It was a joke. they didn't measure it correctly and actually had to make a U in the pipe to make it fit

The $99 fee would have gone towards the price of the work done if we had chosen to go with them. They were on time when they came out. They could have explained why certain costs seemed to be outrageously high for a service that they said would take about 30 seconds to do. It was to clean a drain. It was going to be $94 per drain. We had four drains and he said he would be done within five minutes.

It went well, but I didn't like the way the plumber tried to upsell more work. Not denying that it would be good to have had the additional work done (not an immediate necessity), but money was an issue.
