The owner is HORRIBLE at communicating!!!! He CONTRACTS out the work which was good. He told me it would be done in One week, on Week 3 he still Never returned my phone calls & all of a sudden two guys I dont know show up at my door on Friday Night!!!! Go to ANYONE but him. Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was the worst contractor I have ever encountered. They did not keep appointment days, there was never any communication from them. The techs they sent to the job seemed to be guessing at problems and ended up changing almost every part. I originally called them for a pipe that was leaking, a pool light that didn't work and I informed them about a bad gasket as well. By the time they completed, the pipe was finally fixed, the pool light had been changed (still didn't work) and where i told them i had a bad gasket? Yep, it was leaking where it hadn't previously.

These guys were great from the start. they made the effort to fit me in to their already busy schedule, show me things I should know about my pool and the accessories, made great recommendations, and the opening was a great success. Use them if you can, their great.

They were kind enough to point us to an experienced tile installer who did a fabulous job of fixing our pool tiles.

The workers did an excellent job closing my pool. I really apprecisted how they explained how to use the tools for removal or adjustments to my pool cover. I will definitely use Leisure Pools for any future pool services.

Job was done in a timely manner. I thought they were a tad pricey but its a job i did before and positively would not do again myself so maybe its worth it.

Quality work for a good price. Came back to help us with things that were not even included in the contract.

They missed the scheduled date, but notified me they were running behind and showed up 1st thing the next day. Great price compaired to other pool companies.

Glenn did an outstanding job on our pool and we couldn't be happier. We were particularly pleased with the materials he used, everything was top quality and we are enjoying our new pool! We would recommend him to anyone.

After we got our schedules sync'd, Leisure arrived and did a very thorough job removing and installing the new liner. Laid back and professional, they stayed untill the job was right and even connected new lines to my filter and return. I highly recommend them and think they offer excellent pricing and value.
