He came with his son, which is fine. His son was older and also I guess, was learning plumbing. So, maybe, he was like an apprentice doing apprenticeship with his dad. They both seemed very knowledgeable. They didn't do extra. They did the minimum that was required. They did it right. For the piping that leaves our water heater, rather than configure the piping so that it's more direct, they just added a little piece here and there. The father is very professional, the son, not as much. All in all, they knew what they were doing. The son did one part and the father did one part. What the father did was an 'A.' He even talked to me about making things a more direct route. The son was the one who kind of patched it. He was working downstairs while I was upstairs with the father. What the father did was just perfect and what the son did works. I think their price is very fair. They were pretty responsive compared to other people in the area who say they'll get back to you and they never will. After calling them, it didn't take more than a week or two. They were on time. They couldn't come one of the days they originally planned and they let me know.

It was fine. It was a father and son job, one worked outside one worked inside. They came when they said they would and they didn't take long to get the work done. They did it to our satisfaction and we were happy with it.

It was a Big Deal offer of $149 for a faucet replacement and it went fine. He did a very nice job. We also had him put in another faucet while he was out there and that was$ 206. So he did one for $149 and the other one for $206. He was very nice, and very honest. It is a father and his 3 sons who run the business and it was the father who came out to do the job and he knew what he was doing and the work he had done was very nice. The Deal on the faucet was great and I think it would have ended up costing the company money to do it for $149 since the faucets themselves are quite expensive.

They did everything they said they would do. They sent out one individual for the job. He finished the job in about an hour. There were no additional fees associated with the Big Deal.

Called and came when scheduled. Very friendly and professional. Did the work in a timely manner, cleaned up perfectly and explained the work that was done. Also explained how I can maintain faucet on my own (new washer).

This was a Special Deal. They were very quick to respond and came out to do the work right away and on time. Both men were pleasant and courteous to me and the install went quickly. The only thing that made me feel a bit uncomfortable was that they did not seem to get along well with each other. Otherwise, I could not complain. I am very satisfied with my faucet and he even checked my water pressure for me. I would consider using them again and even recommending them to others.

Purchased the Big Deal for $149. Due to routing of the plumbing servicing the faucet, additional access was required. Mark explained exactly what he had to do, explained there would be an additional fee and provided an estimate. He was very quick and was able to complete the job for less that he estimated the extra fee would be. He was punctual, arrived exactly when he said he would and explained the new faucet's operation upon completion.

It went very well. I purchased the Big Deal on 6/30 and got a response to schedule appointment that same day. Appointment was scheduled for 7/7/2014 and received a call that morning confirming the time and schedule for the plumber. Plumber came as scheduled in a company van, introduced himself and provided a business card for the company. He examined the job and had all the parts in the truck and was able to immediately start the job. Despite some challenges in busting through concrete/rocks on a 1945 home, the job was completed in a timely manner. The faucet was sealed inside and outside like new and the job site was cleaned up with no debris left behind. I have no reservations in using this company again especially based on their responsiveness, neatness, and efficiency of completing this job.

I called him and he was driving and he asked me to text him my address and phone number and when I did, he never messaged back. I realized the provider was about 50 miles away so that's understandable if he couldn't do the work.

I had minor dripping at the joint connecting the expansion tank for my hot water heater to the pvc pipe. I never dreamed anyone would come out so quickly when it wasn't an emergency and we were in the midst of a hurricane. Mark contacted me and told me what he thought it was and what it would cost ($200). I told him it wasn't serious and a bucket was catching the drips. He said he would like to take care of my problem before he got busier with emergency calls and would call me back if he could come. Sure enough, he called back and said he would be there within the hour. He arrived within the hour as promised, confirmed what the problem was and replaced my expansion tank since it had gone bad and was causing the leak. He also told me the tank had not been attached in the best location and he installed the new one in the proper location. Turns out expansion tanks should not be attached to pvc pipe. He was quick, efficient and charged exactly what he said on the phone; $200. He also called me back the next day to make sure everything was working ok and that there were no problems. He apologized because he hadn't called me later the same day! This is great service. I will definitely call L.J. Butler again for any plumbing problems.
