Kwik Kerb

I HAVE BEEN HAVING WATER RUNOFF FROM MY NEIGHBOR'S ASPHALT DRIVEWAY EVERY TIME IT RAINED FOR 5+ YEARS. THEIR ASPHALT DRIVEWAY WAS GRADED TOWARDS MY PROPERTY WHEN IT WAS INSTALLED. THE RUNOFF RESULTED IN MY CEMENT DRIVEWAY BEING DISCOLORED. LORI RUSSEL, A REPRESENTATIVE FOR KWIK KERK, CAME OUT ON 3/16/15 TO ASSESS THE SITUATION. MEASUREMENTS WERE TAKEN, AND AN ESTIMATE WAS RECEIVED. THE PRICE WAS EXTREMELY REASONABLE; I IMMEDIATELY CONTRACTED TO HAVE THE WORK DONE AND GAVE HER A DEPOSIT. LORI STATED THAT SHE WOULD CHECK THE WEATHER AND HER SCHEDULE AND GIVE ME A CALL IN A COUPLE OF DAYS TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TO BEGIN THE WORK. I WAS CONTACTED A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT FOR 8:00 A.M. ON 3/21/15. LORI AND DAN RUSSEL ARRIVED AT 7:40 A.M. AND PROMPTLY GOT TO WORK PUTTING DOWN TARPS AND MIXING THE CEMENT. IT TOOK THEM ABOUT FIVE HOURS FROM START TO FINISH TO COMPLETE THE JOB. THIS IS NO TYPICAL CURB. EXPANSION JOINTS WERE INSTALLED, AND IT WAS SEALED - IT IS BEAUTIFUL. LORI AND DAN DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. A FEW DAYS AFTER THE INSTALLATION I HAD QUESTIONS - THEY WERE ANSWERED PROMPTLY. THEY EVEN CAME OUT TO MY PROPERTY (A COUPLE OF TIMES) TO ANSWER ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS AND TO GIVE ME PEACE OF MIND. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY; THEY DO EXCELLENT WORK.

They were great. I got a free estimate the day after I requested it. The owner herself came and gave me the estimate. I told her the area I was considering the curbing around and left the rest up to her. She measured the area and gave me her suggestions on how to adapt my ideas for the best visual appeal and mulch and stone retention. We worked together to choose the best colors and pattern to match my home. I looked into other landscape edging and was surprised at the affordable price for the product they were offering. This edging is solid concrete and I know I will never have to replace it or worry about it losing its shape or color. Her crew came the next day to do my job. They arrived at 7 am and we're completely finished by 4 pm the same day. They kept the job site clean and the only evidence that they had been there by the evening was my beautiful curbing. Kwik kerb is a woman owned company and that was important to me. There was no intimidation factor that you sometimes feel with a strange man in your home. She was friendly and polite and the estimate was interesting and very informative. My yard looks amazing and I am the envy of the neighborhood. I would recommend kwik kerb to anyone I know that takes pride in the appearance of their yard and home.
