Ken was wonderful every step of the way, and I would absolutely recommend him highly. He is warm, professional, and very knowledgeable. After taking the time to listen to our thoughts, he really "got" what we were looking for. He helped us see the potential in houses and recognize features that were at odds with what we'd described. When the right house came, he superbly guided us through the process of placing a bid and closing -- all STRESS-FREE. I was almost sad the whole process was over, because that meant no more Ken in my life!
