The person was on time and took his time to explain every part of the process and made excellent recommendation about the cleaning and maintenance of my carpet. Also, one thing I like about his service is that he uses non-toxic organic cleaning solution which I don't mind paying a little extra. He was able to remove my dog urine smell out my living room carpet. EXELLENT SERVICE.

The person performing the cleaning, Hector, was extremely professional and punctual. As he was cleaning the rug he described which products would work based upon the ingredients in them and how they would work as well. He performed the work diligently and seems to take great pride in his work. He laid out the rug, examined it, and then went to work cleaning with a large rug cleaning machine. Then, he went over any areas that seemed to deserve a second pass. Once he was finished the initial cleaning, he then applied a treatment to the rug that would prevent it from absorbing the urine as much in the future. overall the service was efficient, extremely professional, thorough, and well worth the money.
Description of Work: Cleaned an approximately 6' x 9' rug that had been soiled by dog urine several times over a six month period.
