The job done was not a "move-in" clean, although we paid $320 for the "no time limit" option. I thoroughly explained to him that we needed that level of cleaning. Instead I came back to a house that had dust on higher shelves and a greasy hood above the oven. I called the company to let them know the job was not satisfactory, and fair enough the owner addressed it by having the women return and he himself by showing up to help. They worked on the items I had mentioned, and did them well. So after a day or so in the house I notice the window frames in the master bath are dirty and have old spiderwebs in the corners, then my wife notices candy under the radiator from the previous owners in one of the other bedrooms. I sent pictures of these things but have not gotten a response. My advice. They aren't ready yet for the "move-in" "move-out" "turnover" type cleans, unless in my case it just went wrong. If you want a decent clean, done with "green" products, then they are fine. But that is not worth the $320. I had another cleaning service do the "move out" clean for $250, and they were everything you would expect.

They come twice a month. I keep my house very clean so essentially what I want them to do is, I don't like to carry the vacuum cleaner up stairs, so I have them so they can vacuum upstairs otherwise it would never happen. They have a fairly light load and the house is kept very clean and I think $89 is at the high end for the amount of work they do. I'm staying with them because they're reliable, I feel comfortable with them in my house. The gentlemen is good of keeping track of when I should expect them.

It was easy to schedule and get team in the timeframe required. The ladies arrived on time. They did a great job. Very nice to work with. The house is ready for move in. Specify if you need paint removed.

They arrived on time and left the place spotless. Some of my favorite things they did was take out the trash and cleaned all the mirrors. Hector is a really nice guy I know use them for bi weekly cleanings.

Excellent Work! Great Customer Service!

The results were fantastic. Hector was prompt for the appointment and completed the cleaning tasks in a timely fashion. Our rugs and sofas were rejuvenated after the cleaning. I was very pleased how Hector was able to get out all the different spots on the carpets.

EXCELLENT. Top-of-the-line service. The owner of this business manages a Rated-A business and makes every penny spent by the customer count. He was punctual, extremely professional, set expectations at the onset and surpassed expectations at the end of the work. He was efficient and methodical and extremely careful to ensure that nothing is damaged throughout the house, because of the equipment and hoses that are brought in. I am officially a "returned customer". I love the fact that he is small-business and provides such customized and personal service. I would recommend him over and over again.

I was very pleased with the work Kelly Green staff completed at our condo. We have a three apartment building and they took care of all the common areas, including large steps. Everything looked great when they were done, they were on time and very professional. Will definitely keep using them on a regular basis!
