Doing business with Kelemer Brothers was a highly positive experience; one that I found to be unique and rare in any business. I recently bought a home and knew that I would have to replace an old and outdated bay window in the home. I got recommendations for window companies from my neighborhood Listserve and contacted one or two different companies. Kelemer Brothers was recommended to me by realtor, and so I knew they would be good, but I didn't realize how wonderful they would be. From that very first phone call, Joe Kelemer was helpful, personable and thoughtful. He made an effort to connect with me as a customer as well as an individual. He gave me things to consider when purchasing a window (types of materials, style of window etc.) even before I had agreed to do business with his company. When I met with him in person, he was very patient, kind and forthcoming with information. He gave me a realistic time frame and told me to give his proposal some time and thought before making a decision. I loved that he wasn’t pushy to “get the job” which I had experienced with other companies. He didn’t accept any money from me even when I signed the agreement to use his services. As promised, he delivered a beautiful bay window, which was expertly installed and changed the whole look and feel of my new home. Joe stopped by after the job was done to check in with me and ensure I was happy with the work. He even brought some beautiful roses, which he said he does for all customers after a job is complete, as a way to show that he appreciates the customer and their business. Wow! This attention to detail, good customer service and care for positive and strong customer relationships is truly rare and a welcomed breath of fresh air. The Kelemer Brothers were terrific, from start to finish. The price was excellent and the service superb. Our contact at the company was one of the owners, Gabriel. He was hands on, attentive to our concerns, helped us choose the window style that worked best, and followed through on all that was promised. We had 19 windows replaced, and the installation crew worked a very long, hard day to finish when they said they would. The finished product is beautiful. I highly recommend this company.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Joe came out, took measurements, told me options, and gave me a quote. He was extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful, answering all my questions in a timely fashion. Once I returned a signed contract, he ordered the windows and once they were available, we set up a convenient time for the install. They look beautiful and my neighbor and another contractor working on the house each commented on how professional the crew was. I have already recommended them to a neighbor.

Outstanding communication and quality of workmanship. Gabriel was my salesperson and oversaw the completion of the project to both my satisfaction and his. The work team of John, Zyggy, Bll and Antonio worked from start to finish and completed the installation of 23 windows in one work day (to include 2 oversized windows). Subsequent installation of 6 exterior doors and 2 storm doors were completed over the course of the next week. Very pleased with the professionalism and workmanship.

I highly recommend this family business. There was no high pressure from the beginning and they were wonderful to deal with from the visit for an estimate through the installation which only took about 6 hours for the whole house vinyl window and sliding glass door installation. The work crew was efficient and very hard working and organized. We have had the windows since the fall of 2017 and have had no trouble at all.

Fantastic. They did a great job and got everything done in one day. Great price so I was able to replace all of my windows and not just some. Great customer service. Gabriel stopped by at the end of the job to make sure everything was good and to explain a few things about the windows. I highly recommend them.

It was quite a cold day, but they were done in just a few hours and left the house as clean as they found it. Since they finished, the house has been much cozier!

I had about 26 windows of various ages and a very out of square door replaced in a 1920s era house. The work was done in a timely fashion, professional finish, and quality product, all at a very fair price. Gabriel is easy to reach and kept a close eye on his crew. Excellent! The windows are beautiful. They let the light in and they keep the cold out. One room is actually seven degrees warmer.

Very prompt, professional and helpful.

They were great to work with. Responsive by phone and text, kept me updated when the replacement window was delayed by a mistake in the factory, delivered and installed the replacement window promptly and professionally, and let us keep the wrong-size window the factory built by mistake, since it probably fits somewhere else in our house.

We are loving our new windows! The first time we met with Joe for an estimate and to discuss what we wanted to do, we felt listened to and that Joe was upfront about expectations. Throughout the process, Joe was available to answer any questions we had. He quickly returned calls and messages. As a team, they were professional and helpful during installation as well. They were careful when moving things out of the way to install the windows and thoroughly cleaned up at the end.

One of the best experiences we've had with any contractor. Responsive, fair price, and quality work. Best of all the installation team was fast, friendly, and CLEAN. Cleaned up after themselves and it was like they were never there. We selected them after getting four other quotes and would use them again any time. At the end of the install Gabriel Kelemer himself stopped back in to check his team's work. Couldn't be happier.
