He was totally up front with everything and if I texted with a question, he immediately called or texted right back. His team was polite, efficient, and did a fantastic job on the install. They arrived on time and cleaned everything up before leaving. Joe walked me through all the features and information about my new windows. I am so pleased and I absolutely love my new windows! I had a wonderful experience with Kelemer Brothers. I previously met with 3 other window companies for quotes, but some of their sales tactics left me uncomfortable. I’ve hired a lot of contractors in the past 3 years and Kelemer Brothers was by far the most personable experience of them all. No pressure and no unsolicited marketing emails/calls. I had 4 windows and a sliding glass door installed and I love how they turned out. Joe (Kelemer) even gifted me a bouquet of roses on installation day, as a token for being a new customer. THAT it is the personal touch that you just won’t get anywhere besides a family owned business like Kelemer Brothers. Great quality, outstanding customer service and efficient. Highly recommend!!

We had all 27 of the windows of our 19th century, end-of-row, row house replaced by Kelemer Brothers this week. It was a huge job, spanning four floors that took two days. Gabriel and his team were superb. The work crew was kind, exceptionally courteous and caring. They respected our home, carefully moving things out of the way, putting them back equally carefully, and cleaning thoroughly when the window was completed installed. They even adjusted their work flow to accommodate both my husband and myself who were working at home both days of the installation. The expertise and craftsmanship of the installers is superior. This is an old, and crooked house, and our new windows are beautifully installed. This company is a class act from start (initial inquiry, provision of estimates, education about types of replacement windows) to finish (a perfect installation, environmentally aware disposal of materials from old windows).

It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Our contact Joe Kelemer checked in quickly after I requested our quote. He was able to schedule the initial visit much faster than I would have expected. Joe was very personable and took extra time to explain details, while providing useful information to help us make a decision. I was happy that no deposit was required with the signed contract. When our windows were ready for installation the Kelemer family crew did an excellent job tearing out the old windows, installing the new, and cleaning the job site both inside and out. Joe was present during installation to ensure that everything was proceeding well, to answer questions, and to provide helpful info along the way. He is a very thoughtful person, who genuinely cares about taking care of the homeowner's needs or concerns. Based on our experience, I would not hesitate to contract with Kelemer Brothers again for future home improvement needs. They did a great job from start to finish. Thank you very much!

We hired Kelemer Brothers to replace all of the windows in our house. Joe Kelemer provided a range of alternatives and worked with us to select windows that met our needs, with no high-pressure sales tactics. He measured our windows twice, to make sure the measurements were correct, and he kept us informed of the progress of our window order (which took a while, due to overwhelming demand—we ordered in October 2020 and the windows were installed in January 2021). Installation was well done and completed in less than a day. Joe came out afterwards to inspect the work. It is clear that he takes great pride in providing excellent service and high quality workmanship. I highly recommend Kelemer Brothers and would definitely hire them again.

Such an easy company to work with. Straight forward, did what they said they would do in a timely manner, and for a very competitive price. We were frustrated dealing with other window companies that wanted us to sit through a whole song and dance about their windows and did not respect our time just to get an estimate. Kelemer Brothers did an efficient job of replacing our windows. Mr. Joe Kelemer explained in detail the complete process and the work that would be performed.. Vince and his partner took great care while installing the windows especially during these times when everyone had to were a mask and socially distance. We are very satisfied with the end product and the way Joe took care to make sure all surfaces were wiped clean with disinfectant after his crew left.

The entire experience with Joe Kelemer was great. He does a great job educating you on the various windows without coming off as a salesman. I came away feeling as if it was a no pressure decision. My particular project involved two extremely large windows (of the seven I replaced) and the price with installation was very fair for the quality of window purchased. The crew did a great job installing the windows including the way they caulk to ensure no possible leakage. I would recommend Joe and his local business to anyone who will listen, which includes my neighbor who may be making a purchase in the future!

This company is terrific. Gabe acted as a consultant for us, not a high pressure salesperson. He guided us to make smart decisions suitable for our home and gentle on our pocketbook. The windows were delivered and installed at our convenience, the workmanship was great. The windows look spiffy, they operate beautifully and they enhance the house. Can’t wait to see the utility bill savings. Also, the cleanup after installation was superb. Finally, we had another bid, and theirs was lower for what we think are better windows.

We received quotes from 5 companies and Joe Kelemer's quote was very competitive. Joe stood out in professionalism making sure we understood our options and answering our questions without pressure. The installation crew arrived on time and were very detail oriented. They completed the installation in a day and cleaned up well before leaving. At the end of the day, Joe went through the house inspecting the work and made sure we were satisfied.

Joe Kelemer was very professional and responsive. He walked us through the entire process to ensure our expectations and approximate timeline were met. Our installers were very professional and courteous. They diligently removed our original windows, cleaned the interior parts of the house where they worked and as they finished each window, and had the entire house finished within the 2-day timeline Joe estimated. We are very pleased with the final product thus far. We feel the house is much quieter and no longer cold and drafty as it was with our original windows. We definitely recommend Kelemer Brothers for window replacement.

I'm so pleased with everything. This company came highly recommended by Sam Kugler (who did all my window treatments). They price for the sliding glass door was at least $500 less than other companies in the area who pay salesmen and have advertising budgets. The installer, Ziggy, was on time, and finished in less than 2 hours. Gabriel Kelemer came by to look at the job, and brought me a bouquet of flowers. I would definitely use them again.

Kelemer Brothers did an excellent job replacing our townhouse windows. Their business had a competitive quote. The work was scheduled in a reasonable amount of time. They did a very good job removing the old windows and replacing them with new more energy efficient windows. The business is responsive. I would definitely recommend them as a windows contractor.

Kelemer Brothers replaced eleven windows in our home. It's a shame, but in this day and age you almost expect to be taken advantage of by companies and quick talking salespeople. What an unexpected surprise to find a company that offers a quality product at a really good price and follows through with quick and expert installation. The installers couldn't have been more professional or courteous. They were done in hours, including excellent cleanup. Joe kept an eye on progress and made sure we were happy with everything. We don't write a lot of reviews, but we were so very happy with Kelemer Brothers, that we just had to share our experience. I would highly recommend them.
