They followed through with the time frame. They didn't really do the work they're supposed to do. I had to pay them more money to get them off my property.

He was a very polite, nice man. He did the work and later we had a discussion about what more needed to be done. He pointed out that a portion of the gutter downspout was directed under a congrete step. The step could be moved to clean out the downspout so the water could go through instead of flowing onto the patio and more into the ground nearby where azaleas and other plants were growing. He told me he would stop by when he was in the neighborhood and I don't recollect that he came by. The downspout is still under the concrete step.

It was okay. I give them a “C” because I think they pressured wash the side of the house and they blew off some of the paint on the wood. I will probably not use them again because of the paint that was blown off the wood, I will just do it myself.

They arrived promptly, and did a good job of power washing the exterior. Would hire again!

He did a great job! He was very thorough and I would recommend him to others. I will probably be calling on him again in the future.

It was ok. They were timely in their response. I felt that he was trying to sell us more afterwards. It was quite expensive. We later called them to do an emergency repairs and he wouldn't come for an estimate until we signed a contract.

First time they came, they did not have a ladder for a 3 story home, although they had never asked how many stories my home has. Then they were supposed to call me back to reschedule and they didn't. I ended up having to call them. Then they charged me an extra $100 to do the gutters because of the three stories. Apparently the big deal was had a limit of two stories. So in the end it cost exactly what it would have cost without the deal, since I paid full price.

I think the quality of the job that was done was very good. I didn't like dealing with the owner of the company. I needed it to be done right away but then we got into the winter season. He said he was backed up with a lot of Big Deals Purchases. Then he went off on vacation for a while and he didn't bother to tell me that he was going off. It was a long time before I got the roof done and there were some problems that came with it regarding the finances. It was a bad experience. I haven't had any problems with the roof because the crew did a good job. They charged me extra for the work.

They were easy to schedule with and came on time. They did quality work and I haven't had to ask them back so far. I would recommend them to friends and family.

It was fine and I don't recall any scheduling issues. He eluded that our house may have been larger than what the Deal covered but I explained that the house was only 3,000 square feet. Their price was the lowest of what I found.

I could have gotten this job done a lot cheaper then what he wanted to charge me. I did not like the feeling I got from this guy. He just seemed like a salesman. They were punctual and responsive.

I was not satisfied with them. They charged $150 to give me an estimate. They came when they said they were going to come. The owner of the company didn't come, he sent a crew who didn't even speak to me. He didn't even come in to see where the leak was, and he just went on top of the roof and took pictures of the nail pops. He then tried to tell me that I needed to get the pops fixed. I wasn't convinced that he did a thorough enough examination to make sure that the issue was what it was, and so I decided not to go with them.

After the maintenance and inspection, they said I need to replace my roof, but wanted to get a second opinion.

Only had them do one of seven sections of gutter. The ladder they used to reach the gutter 34' up from our hardscape had a broken rung. I asked what they did for safety and was told not to worry "they do this all the time." I was concerned about my liability as the home owner and only had them do one section of gutter cleaning.

I hired Kelbie Home Improvement in 2013 to replace my gutters, flashing and install a gutter screen. Overall I was completely satisfied with diagnosing the issue, shceuling the work and the responsiveness of the crew when they worked on my gutters. I contacted Mike Kelbie in February because I had some concerns about a roof leak. Mike came out promptly and made recommendations to have my roof replaced. Scheduling the work took some time after signing the contract in February, due to the snow. Once the weather broke, Mike and his crew showed up as scheduled. Mike took pictures as they did the work and brought concerns to my attention immediately. Mike and his crew were professional and courteous and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving the premises. There has been a few leaks over the past several weeks, and Mike has worked with my schedule to do an inspection and a water test. It's been determined that the leak is coming from my neighbors house. Mike was deligent in following up with me to ensure that my neighbors would be willing to fix the problem on their side. Again, I'm completely satisfied with the work performed and the responsiveness I received from Mike and his crew.

Kelbie did a very good job. The price was much less than what I got from everybody else.

I had purchased a big deal for the service, and they showed up on time, and did good work. They tried to up sell me on a gasket that goes around a pipe on the roof, and I had a chance to inspect it while I was up on the roof, but it seemed like they wanted a lot of money, just to replace a $10 or $15 part. They came out within a week or so. It was blazing outside, but they did a good job. I had paid $599 for the job, and I did not pay an additional amount for the gasket. They wanted $200 or $300 for the gasket, but I knew it cost less at the hardware store. They showed up on time, they did the work, and they cleaned up after themselves. I have had the gasket replaced before, and it cost me maybe $50 or $60 including the labor. I would use them in the future, but I would keep an eye on the add ons that they give you.

They came out to clean my roof. He came out regardless of it raining. He got the job done even with the weather.

An Angie's Big Deal for full roof replacement was offered at a fixed price. Kelbie came and measured our roof on 11/21/11, said we had more SF to cover than offered with the Big Deal, provided a contract cost (which we signed) of $7474.00, which was above the Big Deal price. Over a month later, his installation team came back, re-measured, and INSTALLED the roof on 12/28/2011. Kelbie then came back to ask for more money than we had contracted for. We protested that he was asking us to pay more AFTER HE HAD PERSONALLY measured the SF, written our original contract, and had his team install the roof. No notice was provided; and as his client, we felt this was neither professional or fair. We were supposed to receive a 25 year GAF warranty and lifetime Kelbie warranty with the Deal. We felt Kelbie was using this as leverage, and we did pay more than our contract required in order to resolve the issue and to receive the warranties. However, his team did not install the shingles properly--there was a visual bump up on the right hand front side of the roof. We pointed this out when he came to collect more money, asking that it be properly addressed. Kelbie acknowledged the abnormality but said it would not affect the integrity or wear of the roof. He said he could fix it by removing what had been installed, and reapplying everything including purchasing new shingles and he informally provided an estimate of the additional cost to fix this problem. We (no kidding) declined this offer based on his assurance that the defect would not affect the integrity of the roof. In June 2014 (just 2.5 years after the roof was installed), a home inspector observed that several shingles "looked worn" and required us to prove that the entire roof was replaced in December 2011 with 25 year shingles.

We had had minor water leaks before. Kelbie seemed to have stopped the leaks.

Did an excellent job, no complaints.

They were great. We had a good experience with them. We originally purchased it, because we thought we had a leak in the roof, and we called them up, so they told us to purchase the big deal and while they were doing the maintenance, they will see if there are any problems that may be causing the leaks. They came out, and they did the maintenance. We live in a town house, and we can't get on the roof ourselves, so they came out, and pointed out our neighbors roof, which we could see from one of our windows, what was causing the leak. They pointed the roof, and said that was similar to what was happening to our roof. It was some kind of a rubber seal over a pipe that had deteriorated, and they repaired that for us. They took pictures of everything, because they knew we couldn't get up there to check everything.
