Mr. Kelbi was great! He was kind enough to show up on a day's notice to inspect the roof so I could close on the house in time. He was also able to provide a report in about one hour which included 3 sepeserate estimates to show the varying degrees of work that can be done. Everything was supplemented with a lot of pictures. My go to guy for anything roof related from now on for sure!

Mike Kelbie was very professional and responded all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner. He was kind enough to walk our roof on short notice. Not only was he able to identify a few key areas of concerns, but he also sent photos of all the issues to us personally along with his notes on what was wrong and how it could be fixed. Overall, it was a pleasure to work with Mike and we will definitely be seeking his services in the future.

Kelbie has done several new roofs as well as some roof repairs for me on various properties in Baltimore. Leaks are my worst nightmare so it's such peace of mind to have a highly competent roofing team supporting me instead of having to struggle with subpar roofers or doing it myself incorrectly over & over again. Great! I called after a huge storm that caused a hole in my roof. I had been having leaking, and didn't realize there was a hole at first - just that there was flooding in the house when it continued to rain. I had tried to emergency tarp the roof, and when Mike came over, he was able to fix my attempt and give me a quote that night. I paid the deposit and the tarping worked until the repair was done. I felt really taken care of and secure throughout the process (about a week total), which is my biggest desire with a contractor.

Kelbie Roofing replaced our flat roof in Washington, D.C. Mike was very helpful in discussing the options and scheduling the work quickly. Nestor and his crew showed up on time, and did the work quickly and professionally. Mike provided photos and the new roof looked great. HIRE THESE GUYS! The Kelbies are professional, on time, skilled, honest and their deep and detailed comprehension about roofs/ gutters/materials old and new and how it all works together and their willingness to explain it and address it with a detailed and transparent strategy is something you don't see very often with contractors. No one else could figure out where my leaks were getting in exactly but Mike and Nelson took a thorough look and understood what was going on. This is the best roofing team in the game. They won't upsell you. They know what needs to be done and they do it the PROPER way. If you want your roof work done with integrity and diligence, look no further. You'll be glad you did.

Excellent. Everything on the work order was done. Pictures were take before and after the job. (Who walks on the roof to check the work.) I like when the crew chief called to make a change with the downspout placement, it was a great idea. The area was clean after job was done. The detail of the estimate left nothing out. I had 2 other estimates which lack detail.

I had a leak on my flat roof. I’ve had it repaired over the years, but it continued to leak. I was frustrated that the fixes were not working and dreaded the idea of having to replace my entire roof. I researched and called several companies, and I appreciate that Mr. Kelbie did not try to sway or pressure me one-way or another. Mr. Kelbie was very responsive, informative, and gave me several options to repair my flat roof. His quotes were reasonable and had the best warranty. Plus, his company specialized on flat roofs. The job was completed quickly, which I appreciate because it was supposed to rain the next day, and they sent me several pics of my new roof. I will definitely use them again for future roof projects.

After recent weather had water coming through our roof and damaging our ceilings and floors, we reached out to Kelbie after getting some other quotes. Kelbie showed up a couple hours after I first contacted them on a Friday, and took 30 minutes discussing the roof leak and several different options for addressing the issue. They provided all of the cost benefit info we needed and provided before and after pictures of each option we could pursue, so it was really helpful for our decision. Kelbie was able to repair the roof within a few days. The crew was quick and professional, and the cost was less than a couple of other estimates to boot. We are very happy with the whole process and the roof looks great. I will use Kelbie again when the roof needs to be completely replaced and I recommend them for anyone looking for a great roofer that won’t break the bank.

Work was not supervised. I had to call the company to come back out and install the gutter guards. at my request, Mike Keller stated to me that he would provide a detailed statement of the work (e.g., 1. tasks performed; 2. labor hours expended/billed for each task; 3. description of materials used for each task, to include dimensions (e.g., length/piece) of each item used/installed (e. g. drip edge, Shur Flow gutter guards, hidden hangers), quantities (e.g., number of pieces) for each item used, cost per each item, and total cost for each item. I paid $2500 (paid in full, standard 3 installments), but never received the detailed statement. The date of completion was 23 August 2017. At the time the business address was

When I replaced my flat roof, it came with a 20 year warranty. Years later, a very minor issue came up that needed to be addressed before the home could be sold. Mike Kelbie responded to my inquiry immediately and had the issue addressed within two days so that the home sale could go through in a timely manner. I have used Kelbie Home Improvement roofing services on two houses that I own, and I strongly recommend them to all my friends. Not only do they do great work, they are punctual, professional, and stand behind their warranties!

Our experience with Kelbie Roofing has been outstanding. Their prices are fair and their work is exemplary. They completed our roof promptly without sacrificing the quality. Their customer service goes above and beyond. They stood by their warranty three years later and came by the same day to check on a potential issue and even quickly fixed an unrelated problem with my skylight. The crew showed up several hours late. After inspecting my roof, they told me that I needed the boot replaced on a vent pipe on the roof near the leak in my house. They assured me it would fix the leak. They suggested doing the same to the other four vent pipe penetrations in my roof, caulking the flashing on the chimney, and caulking some nails. The total cost would be $750. I chose not to and asked them to only fix the vent pipe that was leaking. I'm glad I chose that because upon inspecting their work after they left, I learned that all they did was slip a new rubber boot over the vent pipe and sealed it with caulking. They did not remove the flashing and re-flash, they literally just slipped a rubber seal over the old one, that's it. No problem, I thought, so long as it fixed the leak. After all, I understand it costs money to send someone out to my house, pay employees, etc., etc. However, it did not fix the leak. So I called Mike Kelbie (the person who set up the appointment originally) and calmly began explaining that the leak was not repaired and that I was a bit frustrated that I paid $250 for 10 minutes work and $5 worth of parts that didn't fix the leak. Before I could even finish, Mike cut me off, and went on a tirade explaining that he has overhead and that they didn't rip me off, and that it was my fault because I didn't choose to have the rest of the roof work done. Holy crap! I tried to explain that he was confused, that I was not talking about the rest of the roof, just the part his crew tried to fix. Nevertheless, he went on and on and on yelling and insulting me. After I hung up on him, he sent me several texts taunting me, calling me foolish, and insisting that I was trying to get him to come out and do free work for me. He continued his texts and slowly became more rational. He offered to come back out and fix the leak for no charge, but after his tirade, name calling, and insults, I decided I would never let these people back to my house. This was the single most unprofessional interaction I have ever had with someone I've tried to hire.

Removed a lot of paint off our porch when doing the power wash. Must have had the pressure to high because the port was in pretty good shape before then.

They power washed the deck and sprayed it with some stuff. But, to my dismay, it never lasted a year and it looked like it did before. They should have been more involved in explaining details of just how long it would last. I liked the boss, the one who runs the company.

Perfect. They told me what they would do, when they would do it, and what it would cost. They did exactly what they were hired to do on the arranged date for the arranged price. No surprises. Gutter works great.

Workers arrived as scheduled and completed exterior home wash to my satisfaction. Also completed minor roof repairs that were needed.
