I don't think it was the best. They have to come back the second time because it appeared that they did not do the job properly the first time. Although they have been very responsive to my concern but I just didn't like them to come back for a simple task.

They did a wonderful job and were nice to work with.

First of all he was a no show no call, and after many messages he finally showed up 3 hours late. Once he was there he said the measurements were wrong so it would cost more even though I had it measured by the insurance company. He was incredibly unprofessional, and it was a very poor experience.

So two weeks ago I was cruising Angie's list and noticed that I bought a coupon for 200.00 deck maintenance that expired in December 2011. I'm thinking I had now lost all my money but took a chance to send an email to the vendor to see if they would honor this two year old coupon. SURPRISE! He said "Yes and can we come by today?" Amazing! I arranged for the folks to come on Saturday when I was here. According to the coupon, 200 square feet of deck mainanence was covered and my deck is a little over 400 square feet. The cost of cleaning and spraying protectant on my whole deck and rails and steps was an additional 1000.00. The cost to replace about 8 boards on the deck was another 200.00. Although I was a little taken aback by the additional 1200.00 I needed to pay, when I saw how hard the two men worked and how absolutely amazing my 15+ year old deck looked after the power wash, I was ecstatic! I would use these guys again.

I'm not entirely sure whether I got my money's worth as I was not able to track all three workers to see what was being done or where. I didn't see too much of what I saw when my neighbors had their roof maintenance performed last fall. And, unfortunately, I could not ask any of the workers as none of them was sufficiently fluent in English to communicate. I had them check a few problem areas in order to get fix estimates. However, the location of one of the identified problem areas was nowhere near where the inside damage was visible (I may not be a roofing expert, but I do understand physics). And, I could not follow-up on account of the language barrier. I wouldn't feel confident giving them my business to make repairs.

The service was fine overall. They did a good job of pressure-washing, but it was just a basic wash. They do exactly what they say they will do, and no more, so if you needed stairs cleaned, they wouldn’t do that;you get what you pay for.

Bought package for roof caulking. Scheduling the work to be accomplished was difficult, but once I was able to talk to the right person the work was accomplished within the week. Caulking was accomplished well. I was contacted by the company after the work to inform me I needed a new roof. Since my roof was installed in 2009 and is a composite shingle roof with no damage visible, I passed. When talking to the person who said I needed a new roof, it wasn't clear that person had actually seen my roof.

The work on the cornice looks great and should add value to our rental property.

Company was not responsive to requests to schedule inspection/maintenance. Eventually the owner called me to tell me that he was overloaded with customers who had purchased the package, and that's why he wasn't able to get back to me for a few weeks. I decided not to have him do the inspection/maintenance, and got my money refunded from Angie's List.

While the provider was punctual, the follow-up experience was terrible. After the visit by several teenage-looking individuals to take pictures and caulk, the owner sent an entirely non-sensical email to me. After rounds of clarification, the provider recommended that our 8 year old roof needed to be entirely replaced because it was in poor condition. Given the roof's age and that it was inspected less than 2 years ago, I was extremely skeptical and declined an offer for a free quote for a new roof. The provider immediately offered a 50% discount on the new roof, which made me even more skeptical. We contacted another highly-rated Angie's List provider that came on Monday to inspect the roof. After a detailed inspection, they could not find a single shingle that needed to be replaced and confirmed our roof is in excellent condition. I feel like this Big Deal was an easy-in for the provider to find customers to try to sell an unnecessary new roof. I feel scammed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this provider. I would seek a second opinion for any recommendations given by this provider.

I found Kelbie, through the coupons Angies list sends to us daily. When I called to make an appointment, he was very responsive and stated he could do it while I was at home or not. I wanted to be home when he came, but was unable to leave work. When I got home the power washing was done and his business card was left. I really appreciated him doing the work even when the plan was that I would be home.

The technician came to my home once I purchased the deal. He said he tried to call me but he was dialing the incorrect the number. He stopped by because he was in the neighborhood. He advised me that pressure washing the siding might cause damage due to the siding being aluminum. I wanted to see if he could do the foundation of the home or some value from the coupon since he was there but I just felt like I was getting a hard sell to get the work done right then. I have asked for a refund.

They did a great job. The siding on our 22 year old home looks like new. They did arrive a bit later than I was told but it was one of the hottest days of the summer and I did not know if they would even be able to come out. Once here they got right to work and did a wonderful job. The workers were very polite and efficient. They left the house looking neat and clean. I would definetly hire them again.

The individuals that came out did a very good job, however they were an hour and a half late.

Everything went well they were ok. When they cleaned my gutter they made a mess on my deck and wasnt going to clean my deck off until I said something to him. The mess was from the debree from the roof cleaning.

The work crew arrived on time and completed the job including clean-up in a timely and professional manner. We were told early on that parts of the original wooden roof deck were in bad shape and agreed to replace it entirely which increased the cost. Some months later during a rain storm we saw water leaking down the outside of the bottom section of our chimney which is under the garage roof. Kelbie had a crew on the problem two days later and it's been good ever since.

On a drizzly Saturday morning, I noticed a slow drip coming through the flat roof on the addition at the rear of our home. The drip stopped later in the day, and Sunday was clear with no problems. First thing on Monday morning we called Kelbie, who had installed new gutters for us about a year ago. Mike gave us three options, explained the pros and cons of each one, and we made the decision to have him install a new rubber membrane over the existing roof, including sealing and flashing as needed. The forecast was for rain on Tuesday afternoon, but Kelbie's men arrived in the morning, went right to work, and were finished before the rain arrived (much to my relief). The crew is fast, works in a way that almost looks choreographed, and completely clean up when they're finished. While they were there, they removed two old TV antennas from our main roof at no additional cost, assessed a problem with that roof, and gave us an estimate to make the needed repairs and replace the roof. We've had two good experiences with Kelbie so far, and appreciate that Mike offers options and explains the pros and cons of different approaches. His crew shows up on schedule and works fast.

While a neighbor helped me clean my gutters before Superstorm Sandy hit, he mentioned that one of the sides of my roof had a pretty big dip in it. I knew I had to replace the roof (it was close to 30 years old). I saw the Big Deal with Kelbie for a complete roof replacement for around 6,499 (can't remember exact price), but I was a day late in calling about it. I talked to someone at Angie's List and they said to contact the contractor directly to see if they would still honor the price. I left a message for Mike Kelbie. He called me right back and said he would definitely honor the price and that I didn't have to go through Angie's List (thus saving me having to send in the entire amount all at once). Mike came by that Saturday and quickly went up to my roof and looked around. He told me that the dip could be costly or it could just be how the roof settled but wanted to give me a head's up. He gave me a great deal with the gutter replacements (that was also desperately needed), along with the skylight replacement and chimney repair. He told me he was pretty backed up not only with the Big Deal but also repairs from Sandy. I told him not to worry, since I didn't have any leaking problems. I did contact him a month later after having not heard from him. He said things were still pretty busy but would get to me at the first of the year which was fine with me. The time was set for coming out on Tuesday, January 8. After they removed my roof, Mike emailed me with photos saying that the beam was bad and needed fixing. That increased the cost by around $3,000.00 but I was prepared for that. With the additional beam work I was told that it would take 3 days instead of 2 to get everything done but I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived home from work on the second day to see that everything had been done and cleaned up! Mike always responded quickly by email to questions I had. I also received email photos of work in progress and when everything was finished. When I couldn't get away from work to get him his last installment payment, he drove to my work to pick it up!! What service! Except for the repair work on the beam, the cost of the new roof, new gutters with gutter guards, replacement skylight and chimney repair was the same amount that my neighbor paid a few months earlier for just a new roof and gutters! Love my new roof and will use Kelbie when doing other home improvement projects in the years to come!!

They are very busy and took 3 months to start, however, once they started it only took a day to replace the whole roof and clean up. They did a very good job on the install and were very professional.

It all went very well and was very timely.

I would NEVER use this company again. After buying a Angies list deal they added charges ($150+)because of the railings and steps put my deck over the sq footage limit. I live in a small townhouse with a average to small deck. Complete ripoff. They were also very hard to get a hold of because they claimed they were too busy after the Angie's list deal.

It was a simple gutter cleaning and done quick.
