We needed some minor repairs on the roof and they did an excellent job. They even did a few extra things that weren't required at no extra cost. They were professional, competent, and accommodating.

Challenging to schedule and difficult to understand result. Was not good at answering questions so felt I wasted my money. Since on roof I could not inspect myself.

Oscar came out and performed excellent service as indicated for the roof sealing and maintenence. He also provided quick service for our other home same day as needed. Highly recomended.

He got the gutters clean but left the blown debris around the perimeter of the home.

After shopping several roofing contractors for my recent roof replacement, I chose Kelbie Home improvement Inc based on their affordable pricing and their exemplary knowledge of roofing products. They exceeded my expectations, were extremely professional, and cleaned my property thoroughly.We preferred to change the roof during weekend on our behalf(which they did) and Kelbie's crew were able to complete the task within a day and half.Four roofers showed up on saturday morning @8:00AM and were great through out those days it took to complete the installation. Nester, the supervisor was also very attentive to my concerns and took necessary corrective action to complete minor repairs, that was awesome and kudos to him as well.Everybody seemed to know exactly what they were doing and did their work very well. Clean-up was very thorough and the grounds around the house were spotless after the job was finished. I was very pleased.My new roof looks great. I highly recommend using Kelbie Home Improvement Inc.The project was handled in a professional manner, with great roofers. The job was completed within the time stated. My roof makes my house look more appealing to my neighbors:-)

I had a leak in my bedrooms on the upper level,and my daughter told me to call Kelbie Roofing. They called me back immediately,and came out the same day. Mike took pictures of the roof to show me what was needed. I could only afford to work on the one level of the roof. He helped me with getting the rest of the roof financed. That was a job within itself,because I'm self employed. So he actually pleaded my case with the finance company to make this happen for me. They Started the work on a Friday morning, and Saturday, It started raining on Sunday, Monday, & Tuesday. I had a problem on Tuesday and they came right out in the rain to take care of that. I also had a seperate plumbing issue and Mike instructed the guys to handle that at no additional charge,(it was intensive and costly- for the materials and labor, I needed pipes and drywall and plaster. The guys repaired everything back to normal. They even wanted to paint it .) The job was finished and everything was cleaned back to normal. This work was done in a very timely and professional manner. Those guys did an excellent job. I would recommend them every who needs work done to their property. We've already talked about some other things that I need done. Mike told me to look on Angie's List for different specials coming up for the summer for the things that I need done. Mike has made me a very happy customer. Hopefully we will take care of all of my homeowner needs. My daughter had an emergency one night and she called them and they came out right away and fixed her problem. She had just purchased her town house in UpperMarlboro, she was happy and pleased with the service, so she kept their number. And I'm so glad that she did. I'm one happy customer.

They did a tremendous job with my home.

Mike's team started early and worked hard until the job was completed. We had one minor issue and Mike had his team out the next day to take care of it without issue. To me this is as important as the quality of the job. To know that if there is anything that you have an issue with he will be there to take care of it as soon as possible and without arguments.

They were very cooperative and understanding.

Contractor did basic patch up work to roof. Mgr. tried to sell me on installation of a new roof. Sent photos after work was completed. After only two months we started to notice a leak from the ceiling in living room, and when I went up to inspect I noticed that a gap underneath one of the areas they supposedly worked on (contractor sent a photo of one of their employees doing some work to it). However, the shingle board above the gap was not nailed down or secure. If anything was actually done to that spot, it clearly was not effective enough.

It went very well. The job was set up within 2 days of speaking with Mike Kelbie and he sent 2 people out to pressure wash the house. It took them a few hours and then they cleaned everything up once they were finished. They were very professional and I would use them again.

This was the third time we've worked with Kelbie. They replaced all our gutters and downspouts in 2011, and recently repaired the flat roof on an addition to the home. The main roof needed a lot of work. The overhang on both sides had started to sag. In 1989 three existing layers of shingles had been removed and new shingles applied. When the Kelbie crew began removing the 1989 shingles, we discovered that the original decking underneath was in bad shape. Mike recommended installing plywood over the existing decking, rather than tearing it off down to the rafters. He provided photos, which confirmed what we could see from the ground. Installing the plywood added time to the job, but we're confident that we now have a good, secure roof. His crew, as always, showed up early, worked hard, put in long hours, did quality work and cleaned up everything before they left yesterday.. They were unfailingly polite and professional. Kelbie delivered the roofing materials on Monday, and the crew began work at 7 a.m. on Wednesday. By 8 a.m. they had discovered the problem with the decking, and Mike and I talked about how to proceed. By the end of the day on Thursday, they had completed the job on the back half of the house, and started installing the plywood and roofing paper on half of the front. They worked systematically and didn't leave the roof exposed to the weather. It rained on Friday, and we didn't experience any problems at all. They came back on Saturday afternoon and finished that side of the front, as well as the top gable. Yesterday (Monday) they stripped the old roofing from the other half of the front, completed the roof installation on that side, and cleaned up before they left. The new roof looks great. We're comfortable working with Kelbie and will definitely get estimates from Mike about future work.

This deal has worked out well. They did the work as promised and were on time and very responsive.

Apparently their measurements were a bit different from mine and indicated it was a larger space than what the add provided, so I had to fork over a few more bucks. That said, they did an incredibly good job on a deck that was fairly old and I must say it really looks great. It inspired me to go out this weekend and buy some water seal for the deck. I definitely would use Ray again to do the deck and will probably call on him again next year. I did cmpletely clear off the deck and gave them easy access to the water supply, which helps alot. All in all, if you are looking for someone to make your place look really good, give these guys a call.

During the course of home renovation, the plumber had to run new vent lines through the roof, so I needed new flashing around the pipes. I spoke to Mr. Kelbie in the morning, and he was able to send out Roy on the same day that I called. Roy sent me pictures before, during, and after so that I could see what they'd done without going up on the roof. Easy to work with, and great quality. I was there the evening after he did the work, and I saw no leaks during a heavy downpour.

Kelbie was very willing to discuss and meet our specific needs, which were due to damage from "Sandy", and worked directly with our insurance company. He also adhered to our specific schedule needs - working around our family's schedule. Overall, the project went very smoothly. Well resourced team, found particular comfort with the crew lead (Go Nestor!). Team worked hard immediately upon arrival to our house, and never stopped until sunlight ran out! Work was high quality, thorough, cleaned up all debris afterwords to include magnetic pickup of nails. Team was very professional!

I liked the man who came and did the work. He was thorough and careful to not leave any debris at all. My neighbor has also cleaned my gutters as a favor but if he wasn't able to clean them in the future, Kelbie will be my first phone call!

I purchased a Big Deal, and shortly after the owner of the company called me quickly to schedule an appointment for our initial meeting. We had our first meeting the same week, and I signed a contact for the work. The materials were delivered shortly after, and his crew showed up at 6:30AM Monday morning. I am not sure anyone could expect more punctuality, I was impressed. They crew leader Nestor, is a great asset to the Kelbie team, he is a true professional. He is well spoken and knowledgeable of his craft, he was able to answer all of my questions. The crew worked so hard that I didn't see them take a lunch break, so I ordered them lunch. They worked until sunset, then Nestor explained the days progress as the crew cleaned everything up, and put their tools away. Day 2, Nestor and crew arrived again at 6:30AM and began working, they worked diligently into the afternoon until the roof was complete. Then they cleaned up everything, which included using a magnet to make sure no nails were left on the ground, and used a leaf blower to clean the gutters of any debris. The trash container was removed the same day. Day 3, The roof is complete and looks great. Nestor and crew arrived at 6:30AM again, but this time at my neighbors house. I'm glad I had the opportunity to use Kelbie Home Improvement for my new roof, and I'm sure my neighbor(s) will be pleased too.

Kelbie arrived on time, checked the roof before work was done. They cleaned and demossed the roof and cleaned up any mess. Very friendly and cleaned outside. Awesome job.
