Description of Work: Tear off of existing 23 year old roof, replace with GAF Timberline Shingles, clean up. I am extremely happy with the professional job that was done. The communication for measuring, selecting shingles, approxamate work time, and actual roof installation and followup was done with phone calls, and email. A professional answering service made sure that my messages were received promptly and Mike was quick to respond to any questions I had. Upon meeting Mike Kelbie for the inital measuring and selection of shingles I was impressed with his knowledge and process. He has been in the roofing business a long time and it shows. He is very interested in customer service and to do the job right. The work was a little delayed by weather but all was done orderly and as soon as the rain cleared. What a difference a new roof makes. The work was very efficient done within a days time. Since I was not on site at the time Mike kept me updated with emails and let me know when the work was complete. The clean up was good and the dumpster was removed from the property in a timely fashion. I appreciate the fact that Kelbie Home Improvement also offers other companion services. Mike Kelbie mentioned several to me including siding work, pressure washing, driveway sealing and others. I will use this company again. I personally like the idea of dealing with a family business. The whole process turned out great, especially good since I am usually the nervous type in getting work done by others. I recommend this company for roofing services, and check out the other services too. I needed to have this work done before I transferred the house. I did not know who to call and did not want to go through multiple estimates since I am not readily available for face to face appointments. Thank you Angies list for the right opportunity at the right time. Kelbie Home Improvement worked out great, not only for now but in the future.

Description of Work: We had severe leakage from our roof. I called on Kelbie's to come and give me an estimate on the work. Mike came in 2 days, gave a me the estimate and I signed the contract that day. A few days later, Mike and his team came and did a magnificent job. I wanna say thanks you to Mike Kelbie and his TEAM of professionals for fixing my roof.

Description of Work: This company was supposed to reroof my entire home but they did not roof over the bathroom and he told me I would have to pay extra for that. I thought that was absurd since he already charged me $20,000. He was supposed to replaced my gutters and he actually just painted the old ones so they looked newer. I would warn everyone to stay away from this company.

Description of Work: Mr Kelbie was very responsive in coming out to see my house to be sure that he could paint it for the $1650 Angies list big deal. We (actually he decided) chose not to get it done because he needed to also spray the gutters/fasca/and downspouts the same color as the spouts in order to keep his price down, and I wasn't convinced that colored gutters and soffits would look ok (the price includes one sprayed coat of SW Superpaint). I wanted them to stay white but he needed to charge $750 extra either to paint them white or to mask them off so that they were not painted. I also asked him about taking down the shutters and it is $60 per pair to remove and reinstall. Thanks to Mr.Kelbie for his time and I will call him again I decide on the monochromatic look with the gutters and soffits.

Description of Work: I bought the great deal for house washing. They did a fine job. But keep in mind that on some great deals the work can be limited somehow - for example, this great deal was cheap - for 3000 square feet. The rest of the house did not fall into the best deal cost model - so I was surprised at how much more it cost than I expected.

Description of Work: We were looking for a roofer for a roof replacement. They were professional and came at the time they said to give an estimate and emailed us the information. We did not use them, as during our research and estimate gathering time, we decided to do something completely different than what we originally planned.
