Had a washer and dryer installed. The dryer made a rattling noise. Technician returned and claimed a wheel that causes the drum to turn was bad and ordered the part. The dryer still made the same noise after he returned and installed a new set of wheels and now it is blamed on the manufacturer. This was after I paid for the parts and labor. I had another technician from another company look at the dryer and he found that the wheels that were supposedly replaced were not and they were bad. He then replaced the wheels and dryer runs perfectly. Don't use KB Appliances they are a rip off.

Raheem was amazing he came and quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the relevant parts and then came back as soon as they came in. Could not be happier!

KB Appliance was able to move a very large washer/dryer up our small staircase when no other company we hired or consulted could. They were quick to respond, were thorough and came to the house twice to ensure measurements were correct before moving the appliance, were up front with expectations (it was not an easy job), and fair with pricing. They were able to move the appliance and install it for us. They were also incredibly polite and kind. Would hire again!

Raheem added a new Island hood vent to my kitchen. He was very professional and thorough, we would hire him again!!!

KB Appliances - the contractor was early, really checked everything out before making recommendations as to what the problem was with my dryer. He was very knowledgeable and am glad that he explained to me what was going on. He did a fantastic job and is also very reasonably priced. Would definitely hire them again!

KB Appliances did a wonderful job fixing my Kitchen Aide mixer that was inherited from my parents. He worked quickly and picked up the mixer to figure out the problem. He was able to order the parts needed and communicated very clearly on price, what was needed and when he would pick up / drop off. Very efficient and would hire again if needed.

My burner flame was very low. This guy fix it with full blue flame and good heat for cooking. Capacitor of my air conditioner changed and now it is working with good efficacy.

Faheem did an amazing job with my washer dryer and refrigerator! The first day he came and took everything apart to get to the bottom of the problem explained everything throughly, soon enough the next day he got the parts and the job was done he is professional experience friendly and best thing i like he was on his words both time he visits thanks again I would highly recommend this company!

First of all he came in next few hours plus he fixed my dryer in 30 minutes and let me tell you all his price beat all the guys who came earlier to fix my washing machine . He charged me reasonable price. Very nice guy .
